We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista! There was more than enough room for three adults and four teenagers. The condo was spotless, and well equipped from kitchen ware, bathroom accessories, bed linens, even beach towels and such! The beds are beyond comfortable and relaxing! The owners are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we should visit SPI!

We had a great time! Condo was pretty roomy and a great location being on the first floor. The extra umbrella and chairs really helped when we went to the beach!

It’s been 10 years since we’ve been to SPI. It was so nice to be back! This condo was amazing! So clean and a perfect distance from the beach. There were 7 in our group and we all slept comfortably. We highly recommend staying here!

I rent 2-3 units every summer at Sea Vista and I own another unit here. These are always in excellent shape, everything works and the managers are always on top of things.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. It included everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels and toiletries and an impressive array of items to fulfill all of our beach needs. A very clean pool was right outside the sliding glass doors and a bbq grill was close by. The beach was a bit of a walk through the property and down a boardwalk of sorts but it appeared this is how all the condo properties are set up. No big deal, I was just surprised. It’s been several years since I’ve been to SPI and I didn’t recall this detail. The owners were very kind and helpful.Totally recommend this condo and hope to visit again.

Our family really enjoyed our time staying at this unit. Very conveniently located near the bridge to the island, which avoided significant traffic on Memorial Day Weekend. The property is also located on a relatively less-busy portion of the beach.

We loved our stay here! The Sea Vista will hold a special place in our hearts (until next year hopefully!) The pool is so clean and cleaned daily by the building staff. We spent he majority of our time there. The area was perfect with many restaurants and shopping close by. The beach was incredible as well! Thank you so much to our hosts!

This property was a perfect location for family to come enjoy the area! Pool & beach was close Quieter end of the island but easy to get to all activities on the island & Port Isabel!! Great vacation!! 😊

Just do it. Great time. Can relax or adventure. Take a cooler and beach supplies to check out the sand dunes and beaches up north.

Our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of space for 6 people.

We loved that that the beach was close to the condo and we didn't have to go far to get to the beach and the view was stunning. Got some good photos of the sunset from the condo. Would definitely stay with them again.

Condo 103 at Sea Vista is great for families: the grandparents took the main master with king bed & bathroom, daughter & I took the second master, and sister, bro-in-law, and nephew took the full size bunk beds/trundle bedroom. All of us were very comfortable. Bathrooms were supplied with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and toilet paper. Kitchen was supplied with dish soap, dish washer detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and plenty of cookware. Having an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets supplied was a much needed addition. There was also a closet full of beach supplies/toys and plenty of beach towels. Another bonus was having an outdoor shower steps away from the back porch which made coming back from the beach so much easier. There are two pools on the property and one of them is steps away from the second master bedroom. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again next summer.

This was our second stay at this cute condo and it did not disappoint. It’s super clean and a little secluded as it’s on the side of the complex that’s next to the dunes. The condo has beach towels, chairs, and beach toys that make it easy if you’re traveling from far away. My family loves the easy beach access and the close proximity to the outdoor shower. The condo’s neat kitchen and lovely furnishings make a comfortable post beach hangout. There are also lots of restaurants and different activities to choose from. We all look forward to our next stay at Sea Vista in the future! 😎

Everything was amazing. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, my family enjoyed the closeness to the beach, we would 100% stay at this location again.

The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The AC unit was quiet and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the south-facing exposure which received less baking sun in the morning and more privacy plus looks out over the vacant lot to the south. Easy access to pool/hot tub were also a bonus. TVs in every bedroom will be a plus for some. Everything worked well and Becky is always helpful with any requests
