Great location, very good communication, easy to get to and find and everything you need for a short stay away.

Small, cute, very cozy clean studio with a veranda if you need to smoke. Coffee tea and sugar available. Nestor was very good with his communication and very responsive. We appreciated very much the 1 hour later check out, which proved very helpful to us! Just 3 minutes walk from Earls tube station gives you the opportunity to commute quickly wherever you want in London. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Value for money. We will visit again when in London!

Staying at The Knaresborough was perfect! The apartment is well located, close to the subway and groceries but also in a quiet and residential area. The apartment has all that is needed to prepare meals and have breakfast. Is tidy and really clean. The staff are amazing, always available. Two times I needed to call and ask for their help and they were polite and effective in solving my doubts or problems. They even found my glasses and help me recovering them. The terrace makes the place much more bigger!

You need to take care of hot water while you bath.

Faltaba mucha limpieza. Había olores continuamente. Colchón incómodo. La cortina de la ducha se caía constantemente. Faltaba menaje y el que había estaba sucio.

La ubicación solamente y el personal que nos recibió fue amable.

Las fotos vs La realidad es otro hotel. El lugar esta viejo. Sucio. El agua se sale de la regadera. Y no te cambian la toalla ni te hacen la cama. Y si lo solicitas, te cobran extra.

I had stayed at the Knaresborough before and chose it again due to its excellent location and convenience. However, the room I had before was much larger and more comfortable. They apparently have a range of room sizes, so I advise checking exactly which room you are ordering. All contact with the staff was entirely virtual. The system works easily and efficiently with no hassle

Unfortunately, I fell sick just before arriving, so I had to stay in the room and do all of my planned work meetings and interactions online. The wifi was not strong enough or stable enough for this. I had originally planned for this to only be a room I sleep in, but it ended up being a room in which I spent almost my entire time. For that purpose, it was too small and cramped.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger but, it’s London and it’s a studio. The facilities were very clean so that’s the most important thing

Perfect location to walking around London. Big bonus - near Logan Place in Kensington. Went to see Freddie Mercury's house Garden Lodge and we saw Mary Austin come outside. Loved the kitchenette in the room. Very convenient. Beds were fine.

I think the bathroom needed a shower door. Water got everywhere.

The Apartment was lovingly furnished. Everything you Need for a Short Trip, as i did, or even for a longer Stay is available. It was clean and nice. It was also cool to meet the other residents within the House. It really felt like a Home with a real neighborhood.

Everything was very clean and cosy , the beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all facilities , wasn’t noisy and in a lovely location , Wi-Fi was very good and overall it was a very easy and relaxing stay

Location, pricing, comfort of bed

The room is billed as small, and it is, but it is laid out in a way that makes it smaller than it needs to be. To have two separate kitchenette areas - one with sink, microwave and plates and the other with fridge and kettle - means that there is no area for a basic set of drawers for guests to put their clothes. There is no wardrobe or closet for hanging clothes. Instead there are hangers above the door of the room to hang clothes but because they are in the doorway, clothes get scuffed whenever the door is opened. This is not ideal if hanging suits or formal-wear which needs to kept clean. In addition, the bathroom does not have an extractor fan, meaning that it can easily get damp and musty, and with the small room, that musty smell seeps into the bedroom and clothes, which are hanging loose as they cannot be stored.

It looked completely different than what was advertised on the booking.com website. Very small and uncomfortable and the interior didn’t match with what was advertised.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and great location. Check-in and check out was very good with very helpful responsive staff.

Rooms not as described/shown in the property photos. Bed was hard, no sofa in living room...in fact very disappointing when you expect what you see when booking and end up with something completely different. Stains over bedroom walls , rubbish bags at entry of premises.

The location is great and the service is great even though there was no reception area, my whatsapp messages were replied very quickly.

The toilet is quite dirty and not very well-maintained but still alright.

Not like the photos in need of redecorating and things replacing, including the bed. Location good but there was a premier inn near by I wished I was in instead.
