Easily one of the best houses on the beach. Second time staying at this house and we had a blast for Easter weekend. Family and pet friendly ❤️

Peaceful sunrise. Great patio. Clean, fresh and beautiful. Great kitchen, well stocked. Pool was nice. Steps from the beach. Would stay again.

This property is amazing. The views are beautiful, the place was spotless, the beds were comfy and the location was my favorite spot on the island. Will definitely be back!

The house is lovely and very comfortable. We were STEPS from the beach. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to fix fresh seafood from the local market. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings with fabulous beach views was so nice! And the private drive and garage for our car was a bonus!

This home was perfect for my family and I! We had amazing views of the beach from sun up to sundown! And the distance from the water was steps away.. pictures do no justice! We will definitely be coming back!

Checkin was easy. The house is directly on the beach and has a beautiful view. There was a very musty, mold-like odor inside the house, especially downstairs. The management company did nothing to help with the smell. A few candles and a bottle of Febreze later, everything was better. We enjoyed our stay. Checkout was easy.

This rental could not be more fabulous. We only have one criticism and that is that I’ll stay would’ve been more convenient if more simple supplies were provided. This would include spices Beach towels pedestal kitchen and better quality towels. I believe that for a rental of this price and caliber It’s a little incidentals should be higher quality

Our family of 10 had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all. The house is flipped so kitchen and master bedroom is upstairs. One of the downstairs rooms is the main exit to the pool/beach. It didn’t bother our family walking through the room to get outside though. We just vacuumed every night to keep the sand to a minimum in that room. They provided tons of beach toys, boogy boards and there’s plenty of cooking utensils!

A couple of steps away and the beach is right there. Wonderful location and the view is just amazing. Will definitely go back.

The check in process was professional and fast. We had never been to SPI and the home we rented helped give us an exceptionally positive experience of the island. I would definitely love to rent the same place next year.

Beach is within 40 ft from home! Heated pool was great! The location, views, and property management were top knotch!

This was a much-needed vacation and our experience at Mi Casa Su Casa was amazing. The convenience of being on the beach, the privacy, and a good-sized pool made our stay perfect. We will definitely try and stay here again during our next visit to SPI. Thank you, for an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay! We have two small kids (8 and 4) House was clean and well stocked. There are pool toys, boogie boards, a gas grill, lots of kitchen supplies, and plenty of towel for this family of 4. Just bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas. You can beat having the beach right out the back door and the pool. It’s an upside down house so, master, kitchen and living upstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs, garage access, and laundry down stairs. You access the pool out one of the downstairs bedrooms. Small gripes: the sliding doors out to the pool don’t lock. We remedied this by closing the hurricane shutters when we weren’t home. Chairs by the pool don’t comfortably fit underneath the table so it’s hard to eat at the table. The house supposedly houses 10, but if you have 10 people there would not be enough seating. Dining table sits 6 and outdoor tables are seat 4 (one is on balcony other by pool). There are two stools at the bar. Overall would come back with my family of 4.

The pool had sand in it, and on our last full day there, the pool cleaners came and it looked great after that. We were concerned about how packed the beach would be during the pandemic. We felt comfortable and we’re able to always find a large space near the beach house, if not directly off of it. SomeAfternoons got a bit more crowded, but overall people are good about keeping space. The house was a excellent find. Don’t think we could have found better. We plan to return!

Location was excellent! The pictures of the property were somewhat misleading. The pictures made the place look much larger than it was, but we still had an amazing time. But, that was due to the people with us. Pool was very small but still fun. AND, Location is EVERYTHING and that couldn't be beat! Loved having our own walkway to the beach plus place was pet friendly.

My family and I loved this property and we will definitely be going back. The views are gorgeous!!
