The condo is very nice. Lots of space and plenty of room. Everything needed was provided. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect spot for a family vacation.

Mr Bennet has helped us book his property twice. Once in March of 2022 and recently in July of 2023. Both a 5 star experience and the property is in the middle of the island with so many fun activities within walking distance. Will most definitely go back

Great time! All expectations met!

The condo is lovely and we’ll equipped. It is a very short walk to the beach access, a couple of restaurants and shops, and a Dollar General that carries more than their usual grocery selection. Everything we needed was provided, and more. The only things that we could have used more of were paper towels and kitchen trash bags. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced. Our 14 year old grandson slept on it the first night and he could feel the bars underneath him so he just slept on the sofa the rest of the time. Our other suggestion would be putting something different on the door from the master bedroom to the balcony. The thin white material that is there allows light from outside to come through all night long. Overall a great place that we would definitely stay at again!

Beautiful property great location everything needed for a peaceful trip in one package!

This condo is in a central location. It was very well equipped with everything needed and many extras. It is a short walk across to the public beach access and also has a nice pool to enjoy at other times. It is an upstairs unit but has a great balcony overlooking the pool with table & chairs, which we used quite a bit especially in the morning. This unit has two full bathrooms with two very nice bedrooms (1 king, 1queen) which had everything you might need for a weekend stay or an extended week+ stay. I appreciated the fact that all t.v.s and appliances worked and we had no extra issues at all!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and giving us a great vacation out of the hustle of city life!! <3

All as it said it would be and we were even granted the courtesy of staying all day on the last day. Very pleased overall.

This is a beautiful condo…better even than the pictures. Everything we needed (minus paper towels) for our five day stay. Great beach access! We hope to stay here again next summer.

We very pleased that the home was listed accurate on the listing. One thing to improve the paper towels and toilet tissue were very low and none were provided .

This was by far the best experience we had at this condo. It was quiet and perfect for our little ones needing naps during the day. It was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again!!

Very clean, spacious rental. Very close to beach. Only downfall was checkout at 10 am. Sofa is not too comfy.

The place was not completely clean floors still had a sandy feel to them. Master bed has an old box mattress very squeaky uncomfortable night sleep. Soap for shower not provided when they should be for 2 night spent over 700 TV are so outdated difficult to operate. Slot of plastic plants that are filled with dust my allergies were on the run overall the place is cute plenty of room and quiet. Plus each 4 unit building has its own pool which was nice.

The condo is very well stocked and very comfortable. High end home with comfortable furniture. Close walk to the beach. The porch light is very dim needs replacing.

This location was perfect for me. I didn’t have a rental car and I was within a short walk to the beach as well as a steak restaurant, Mexican, ice-cream shop and a beach store. The pool was also a plus!

Our family decided to rent a condo as a Christmas gift to share time with each other. The beach was close, restaurants memorable, drinks cold, and mother nature cooperated.

The location couldn’t be better. Super comfortable beds. The general living area furnishings have obviously been enjoyed by many - hard to find a comfortable place to sit and relax without laying down. The main TV color needs to be adjusted as it’s difficult to watch. Overall, glad we chose this place to stay.

This property was ideal for our weekend stay in SPI. The location was great - just a two minute walk to a really nice beach. It was nice to be able to use the beach gear provided such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The condo was very clean and elegant. It was perfect for our family of four. I would definitely recommend and book this property again.
