The house itself is gorgeous and nicer than the pictures portray. We traveled over Christmas and New Years with our two daughters, ages 2 and 4. The house was very comfortable and child-friendly. I was very impressed with the concierge service that comes with the house. The concierge was attentive and responsive to our every need, including pre-stocking the house with groceries before we arrived, suggesting restaurants and making reservations, arranging for our transportation, and suggesting and booking activities. They even arranged for an absolutely incredible nanny who came each day to play with and care for our daughters - so my husband and I truly were able to relax! The house itself is well-cared for and the location is easy and close to many activities. We enjoyed facing the golf course, going on walks on the path, and finding the ducks and other birds that live in the ponds right behind the house. Our biggest disappointment with the house is that the pool is not heated and it does not receive direct sunlight, so it was quite cold during our entire stay. We came with the hope and expectation that our daughters would spend quite a bit of time swimming, but we had to change our plans since the pool was too cold for any of us to use. Sadly, we only used it once the entire stay and other times we went to the club house located about a 10 minute walk away or went to the beach club that the concierge arranged for us. Another suggestion I would make to the property owner is to improve the wi-fi in the home. It is very spotty throughout the house and it made working while away difficult, depending on what room of the house you were using. Finally, one thing to be aware of with this house is that they provide you with a small electricity allowance and anything extra will be deducted from your deposit. We were very conscious of our electricity usage - turning off the A/C when we left the room, using the dryer only three or four times during our ten day visit, and using the oven only a handful of times - and we had a bill of $180 to pay at the end of our visit. Overall, this house is great, but be aware of a few improvements the owner could make to change this stay to being truly exceptional.

This was a surprise 50th birthday celebration for my wife and I couldn't have chosen a better property! The house was spotless and I will agree with others that have stayed at this property, pictures can adequately capture the beauty and essence of this house! The house is on the Cocotal golf course and the backyard view is breathtaking! What truly made this house and our stay special was the service we received from Jenny (Host) and Dilcia (Dil)! Jenny was absolutely amazing even before I got to the property. As there was a lot of planning and coordination required to pull off the surprise, I was in constant contact with Jenny prior to my arrival. Jenny responded almost immediately to the vast majority of my emails and patiently answered all the questions I threw at her. Once we arrived, Jenny warmly greeted us and provided all the necessary details about the house and made sure we were all very comfortable with all areas of the house.. Jenny is an amazing host!! Now, let me get to Dilcia who takes care of the house and on request, prepares meals. I told Dilcia that I wanted her to prepare several meals for us (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including catering the party for my wife. As Jenny suggested, I gave Dil money to buy the necessary groceries and she took over from there. There was a total of 8 of us staying in the house and Dil surprised us each meal with her amazing culinary skills!! I cannot adequately describe how effortlessly she concocted incredible meals with amazing presentation!! Dil became a part of the family during our stay and we were all so sad when we had to leave.. Thank you Jenny/Dil and rest assured, we will be back!!

Amazing time, my family and I all loved it there. The house is amazing and spotless clean, Dilcia is the bomb. Dilcia fitted right in with my family, such a great time, Jenny was also a sweet heart. Book this villa you won’t regret it I guarantee it.

No hot water, no tv, dirty pool. Person there that was supposed to maintain the place was sleeping most of the time. Shade from one of the windows fell on friends arm bruising it and all they could say was that it came off the rail. Fine print says you have to pay for electric also. Never again

We loved this epic Ibiza styled Villa and the views omg.... !! I will be back and Its listed at 4 bedrooms but actually has 3 bedrooms with a Sofa Bedroom without bathroom. It confused us at first but we were still enjoying and it was our 4th Villa so we made it work perfectly. I definitely recommend staying here its a great Villa. The Master Bedrooms is Amazing!!! Don't fight over it...

Fantastic beautiful home on a gorgeous golf course. The outdoor living room was really exotic. And Delicia is helpful, yet out of your way. We looked at other homes in the area both online as well as while we were on vacation. We were very happy with our choice. There is so much to say on so many fronts. Best thing we can say is we were very happy and would return to this same house.

I can't stop raving about this property to my family, friends, and co-workers, concerning my wonderful experience. I am busy showing off photos of the property, and have peeked their interest in traveling to Punta Cana to stay at this Villa. Jenny was amazing, professional, and personable. I have traveled to many places worldwide, but my experience here was phenomenal. As an avid golfer, I was blown away on how great the course was managed and it was a major plus of this villa residing on the 5th hole. Aside from the property, Dilcia was always present and waited on me as if I were a king. Coffee in the morning, food at my request, and clean towels and sheets. She was amazing!! Many of my friends were concerned about security. I was proud to report that I felt extremely safe. The Villa is enclosed in a gated community and there were security persons at the gates, at the courses, and constantly walking the property. If I had one word to describe our stay it would be “WOW”!!! I have no complaints. This house and the surrounding landscapes are breathtaking. Anytime we needed assistance Jenny responded via WhatsApp immediately. During our stay we had Dilcia prepare local meals for us and they were absolutely delicious. I will always cherish and remember our time spent in Punta Cana (June 8-June 12, 2019)

The house is fantastic, extremely clean and well appointed. Everything worked, Jenny was very helpful and her advice for transport and concierge service worked amazingly well. The maid, Delicia was very effective and cleaned up after us every day - this was a real benefit. We would come back in a minute!

We loved the villa. The outdoor living area by the pool was divine. The openness of the floor plan and its large windows to the outdoors was beautiful. The home was impeccably clean throughout our stay. We loved the amazing daily meals so much. Our friends stayed at all inclusive and got sick and we were incredibly healthy! We were amazed what Delcia could cook with our groceries! It was really nice to have “our concierge” tour group arrange personal tours and trainers for us. We had a perfectly beautiful and relaxing time at the lovely villa and hope to be back! Thanks Jenny!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Ibiza Cana for a girls trip getaway! There were 6 of us and the accommodations were perfect and more than enough. Jenny, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating before our trip and during our stay. And Dilcia, the housekeeper, was so very sweet and and amazing cook! We had a dinner and breakfast in, cooked by Dilcia, and it was such a treat! She speaks very limited English and we spoke no Spanish but it really wasn't an issue. The pool and the views were great and the location is convenient to the beach and restaurants but you do need to drive. We used the concierge service recommended by Jenny for all our transportation and were very happy with them Overall, highly recommend!

Jenny was the icing on the cake for this property, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at the resort and outside the resort. Beautiful property, well located and will definitely consider again.

Every year a group of my friends plan a couples trip, and this by far was the best experience. The pictures of the villa are great, but we were completely blown away once we got there. The villa is simply amazing. What made the experience even better was how nice and welcoming Jenny and Delcia are. It made the trip even better. Jenny is amazing!! She is very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Delcia, the housekeeper, is great. The meals she prepared for us was perfecto!! I can’t thank you enough for helping make this trip one of the best ones yet. Already looking forward to the next trip!!

I really wasn't sure what to expect out of this home but needless to say it exceeded all of my expectations. The home is truly beautiful and while the photos and video of it are accurate, it doesn't give it much justice. You have to see this home in person to get the true feel of everything. The home has the perfect set up for a party of 8. There are three rooms upstairs and a room downstairs. Two kings, one queen couch sleeper, and two twin beds. Theres an outdoor bed by the pool also with a queen bed for lounging, sleeping by the pool, whatever you want to use it for. All in all theres a lot of space here including lounge areas and chairs by the pool. The house has an open concept as you can see by the pictures but with the perfect weather in January when we visited, t his was so idea. The pool /lounging area by the pool is an area we spent a lot of time at in the mornings and at night when returning home. We also took the time to go on a walk/run around the golf course in the backyard. I can't think of anything there that we needed, honestly. Anything we needed we asked for and we got so it worked out. There is an allotment of electricity included in your stay. For 8 people we went over but only $22 worth and we only used our AC while we were home and most nights we didn't use it at all because the cool breeze in the night is pretty pleasant. The housekeeper, Dilcia, is AN AMAZING COOK. If you're going to stay here, brush up on a few Spanish terms such as thank you, stating your name, goo morning, goodnight. She speaks a little english but being guests in the country, the least we can do is learn a couple of phrases. All of my interactions with Jenny and her friend Jennifer were informative and I always received quick responses. They are very helpful and have plenty of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I would highly recommended having at least breakfast prepared at the home. There is a wonderful spread that can be prepared and we enjoyed pancakes, bacon, eggs, and fresh fruit each morning. We used the service for grocery pick up so we never had to go to the store on our own. There are plenty of towels and linens available as well so don't worry about bringing your own things. We enjoyed this trip so much that we have made comments about turning since everything was so perfect. Do not hesitate to rent this home, you will not regret it!

My trip to DR was great.The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Jenny was very friendly and there to assist with anything we needed and the chef/maid was the best part. She was incredible. Kept the house spotless, washed our wet clothes and her food was amazing, Definitely recommend this place to everyone

I came to DR to celebrate my birthday in October. We rented the villa for 10 days and I can not tell you how wonderful Jenny was from start to finish, so much so, that we’re planning our next trip back to stay at this villa next year. Jenny will answer any WhatsApp messages anytime of the day and is always at the other end of the phone to help if needed. The grounds have 24 hours security so if you’re travelling with females only you’ll feel safe staying here. The villa also comes with a wonderful house keeper called Dilsia. She cooked for us most nights and have to say, we ate some of the best food cooked by her. We took full advantage of the bbq and often had late night feats cooked by Dilsia, guys this lady should be on Master Chef! The rooms are spacious and the pool is amazing too!! Also, not to forget, a concierge team are also available and will recommend or take you where ever wish to go. Thank you Jenny for such a wonderful stay and service, we look forward to returning next year.

Our stay in Ibiza Cana was excellent. The Villa location, design and offering live up to the most exigent expectations. Beautiful decorated and neatly maintained, this place is a jewel. Jenny is an excellent host, right on top of everything, and Dilcia, the housekeeper, will be available to assist you 24/7. I love this place and will book it again next year.

I came to the Ibiza Cana villa in early June with a group of 7 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party. Leading up to our arrival, I was in constant contact with Jenny, the property manager, and Claudia, our personal concierge, who took care of every minor detail for me. Claudia booked all of our activities including nightclubs, a private catamaran and of course, private transportation. Jenny was extremely helpful in preparing our menu and she even went grocery shopping for us to buy all of our alcohol, snacks, and menu ingredients. All we had to do was pay her for everything upon arrival. We were greeted at the villa by Jenny, Dilcia and Claudia. Dilcia is the housekeeper who was beyond amazing during our stay. She and her sister cooked for us all weekend (for an additional charge but was still very cheap compared to going out to eat). She also kept our rooms and the entire villa spotless. She was super sweet and did anything to make sure we were relaxed and enjoying our stay! We prepared an extravagant menu and she did an amazing job meeting our expectations! I was told the villa had a pump to blow up our pool floats, but unfortunately it didn't work. All I had to do was text Jenny and she came right over with a new pump and even blew up our floats for us! She was literally one text away to help us with anything we needed. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice! It is right out of a magazine! It was in pristine condition and the view from the pool out to the lake is stunning! Even though the back is all open, it is very private and you feel very safe! Our concierge, Claudia, was in contact with me through Whats app during our entire stay. Before each activity, she would send me our confirmation voucher and let us know what time our transportation would be arriving. The next day, she would message me to see how we liked it and to make sure we had a good time. I was even able to text her while we were at the nightclub to change the time for our transportation to come, if we wanted it earlier or later than originally scheduled. Jenny came to check us out on the last day and we ended up paying for the extra electricity used, which we were fully aware of before coming. It was only $80, which isn't bad considering we used the AC when we were getting ready to go out at night and while we were sleeping. This is literally the best vacation I have ever been on and I would definitely come back to this villa!!!

This Villa is amazing the pool was warm the whole week, all the rooms are spacious and comfy. The management team made everything really easy! Just have to bring more bug spray next time :)

As I sit relaxing on the master balcony overlooking the lush green property with the view of the lake all I can think is how fortunate we were to find this gem! Wanting to get away with our adult children...this home was perfect! Everyone had their own space. Jose and staff welcomed us, making us feel at home right away! Petra helped us a lot thru email! Every detail was taken care of...even helping us plan our excursions! Dilcia prepared our food every day...the smell alone was fabulous! We wish we could have stayed longer! Leaving tonight is going to be very hard! We highly recommend this property...you won't be disappointed! We're already talking about coming back!

Ibiza Cana is more beautiful than any of the photos could show! It is a really beautiful home. Our group was 7 adults (6 on spring break) The house was so comfortable and welcoming. It is imaculately kept and maintained during our stay. Jose our host, arranged many trips and excursions and they were all so much fun. Dilcia cooked for us everynight and we highly recommend her! She had fish and meat each night with the flavor of the Dominican. The beach and all of the facilities available were top notch. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Our hosts Petra and Jose, together with their staff Dilcia and Donnie, responded to every request we made, with great generosity and wonderful hospitality. The property is every bit as impressive as the photos and descriptions suggest. It is immaculate and well maintained. We returned from Bavaro only yesterday, and I have recommended this property three times already. You will be treated like a VIP. We will certainly return in the future.

We have spent 2 weeks in the Ibiza Cana villa over the Christmas period and it was perfect. We were 2 families of 3 and 4 and the villa was just the right size for us. The key was that we got what we saw on the pictures - exact. Promised luxury villa is truly luxury. Beautifully designed and decorated, well equiped, spacious rooms. Very clean and well maintained property. Daily cleaning and washing service as part of the package was very comfortable. Live in house keeper was there when we needed her and only then. The property being right on the golf course was very nice - because of the views and also easy access to the nearest Club house. The golf complex had 3 nine hole courses, which were never too busy and nice to play. The owners of the villa are very pleasant, helpfull and friendly. I fully recommend the property to those preferring villas to hotels and who like a bit of luxury. In my view this property is one of the most beautifull in the entire Cocotal resort. Recommend car rental for the entire vacation period. This allows easy access to nearby beaches, shopping, golf courses.

We spent 10 days at this spectacular villa. If possible, the villa was even more beautiful in person. Petra was super helpful via email with helping us to plan our vacation. She was able to meet us at the airport and even help us do some grocery shopping. Dilcia made many meals for us and always made us feel at home. Danny thrilled our boys with fresh avocado's and berries for smoothies. The home felt very safe and was very quiet. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby to explore. Petra was also kind enough to make several reservations at wonderful local restaurants. We could not have been happier with Ibizacana!

WOW ! So much to say, I`ll start by extending my gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Palacio, thank you guys for such a wonderful,memorable experience and opportunity. The villa was just as advertised. Mr. Jose Palocio was very courteous, informative,polite and fun. The villa was clean, accommodating and very contemporary. I enjoyed the open design of the entire villa and it`s modern deco furnishing and art work. There is something for everyone to enjoy through out the home. From board games,cable ,wifi and flat screen tv`s with all available channels. By the way security was great at all time, for those who are concern traveling into a strange place. As a golfer,what a site to see the 5th green right on your back yard. Jose was such a gracious host, he loan me his personal set of clubs so that ,I may play a round. The villa attendent "Dilsia" was wounderful. She accommodated all our needs and meet them all. again, On behalf of my entire family thanks Jose and Dilsia for a wonderful time. I will recommend you guys and the villa to all my friends and family !!! May God continue to bless you all. PS. This place is a diamond in the rough!!!!!!!!
