The villa and staff were amazing. Chef Monchy made great food and was very flexible which was great. The views and open living spaces were perfect. Access to Eden Roc Beach club was also nice but the villa itself was so nice that we didn't need to leave at all. Missy was great at communicating and helping organize everything before our trip as well. We hope to come back soon.

There was no aspect that did not exceed our expectations. The location, view, layout, and amenities were world class. The Butler/Chef and assistants went the extra mile to assure everyone of a relaxing and carefree experience. The golf was excellent and adjacent Beach Club was fabulous. The sunrise in the morning was well worth the early coffee. No question, this was as relaxed of a trip as we have experienced in some time.

This was our first trip to the DR. We rented this stunning home to celebrate Christmas with family. There were 9 of us. The Villa was exactly as described. The property is beautifully maintained and the owners were so easy to work with and provided lots of help in planning our trip. The villa is a mix of indoor and outdoor living. The common areas are open air. The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms are and have air conditioning if you need it to be cooler while you sleep. This home is decorated beautifully with many places to sit and chat, two different dining areas to eat. The pool area is lovely and the views are stunning. The beach is steps away at the Eden Roc resort. The Chef, Monchy made some of the best fish and burgers I have ever had. His cooking was so good that we ate almost every meal at the villa. The staff were very professional and friendly. We went on a fun boat/snorkeling trip and also did some zip lining. There are lots of activities to keep you busy or if you just want to sit and read a book and enjoy the view, it doesn't get much better than the view at the Villa. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a real tropical vacation, in a gorgeous setting with a professional staff.

This is the perfect place to stay in Punta Cana. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the cooks, butlers, and maids are excellent. This villa is located just a few steps away from the Caribbean. Perfect for golf trips and family vacations.

I gave this villa and the staff a 5 star rating - would have given it 6 if possible. Beautiful villa, well appointed rooms, wonderful common area for relaxing and dining. Pool and hotter. All furnished and kept up to highest standard. Great ocean views. But mainly outstanding staff (and I have some experience with staffed villas in the Caribean - Munchie and his team are the best). Excellent food - simple but varied and very good. Hard to ever ask for anything - it always seem to appear miraculously before I could ask. No kids with us but would be very kid friendly. Overall - top notch and will do again.

Large home, beautifully designed under a giant thatched roof, airy, steps from wonderful swimming beach, separated from the sea by two of the best holes of the Punta Espada golf course. Wonderful master bedroom. Excellent, well trained staff.

This villa is off the reservation. It is awesome! The property is amazing, the golf is as good as any golf trip I have ever taken, and the views are breathtaking. Bottom line, anybody traveling to Hawaii for vacation is simply wasting 5 hours. I lived there and I can tell you Cap Cana at Punta Cana has everything you need. And, as if you didn't already have enough of a reason to come to this place; the staff is so good at making each day better than the day before. The service! And don't even get me started me on the food.....be prepared to eat too much! And oh by the way, taking the family back again this year...so you can't have my week!

House has all you need, golf course is incredible, and you cannot find better staff.

This was the most amazing family vacation that I could have ever asked for. We were a large group / with a mixture of all ages. One child with special needs. From the moment we arrived Monchi and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our entire property, while paying super close attention to the needs of my nephew with special needs. Monchi and his staff cooked up the most delicious food every day, and were so kind and meticulous while still remaining sort of in the shadows. I couldn't have been happier. I can't wait to go back. Mr. Mclaughlin, the property owner was also very accessible and his wife Missy was super informative. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had as a family. It's also important to note what an amazing experience it is to stay at such a magnificent property under one roof with your entire family. I will most likely never go back to the average "hotel vacation" again. This is everything you could want and not, and really breaks down so more affordable. We were 4 couples on a golfing trip and we could not have chosen a better villa. The location is stunning, overlooking the beach and the crashing waves on the shore and a very pretty par 3 golf hole on the Punta Espada course. The villa has 4 identical suites which are very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. The main living areas have a lovely indoor/outdoor feel and there are many places to hide away and read a book. The Eden Roc Hotel and Beach Club is just 100 yds walk away - but there is no need to leave this beautiful home. The staff will pamper you from the moment you arrive. Monchy, the chef and head butler, and his staff are what make this place so special. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked to order and Monchy's cooking is delicious. Cold drinks or afternoon tea are served by the pool, cocktails and tasty snacks served at sunset on the lanai overlooking the sea. Bliss. Meanwhile the maids are tidying your suites and doing your laundry in express time. You would not get this service at a five star hotel. We can highly recommend this villa. Having stayed at other staffed villas in the same area over the past six years this is definitely the one we would return to.

What a great experience at the Punta Cana Ocean Villa! My wife and I traveled down for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience for us both! It began with a shorter than average flight to arrive at such a beautiful tropical location. The transportation to the villa was quick and efficient and the view once we arrived was breathtaking. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff that included our host/chef Monchy (who was honestly an amazing helpful thoughtful man) and a his help staff. They provided for us the top level of comfort and professionalism that could ever be expected. During our stay, the staff made us fresh breakfast lunch and dinner , taking our requests to provide us with world class food! Fresh seafood, amazing Italian, a taco night and many other requests were met with smiles as they showed off their great versatility in providing whatever our hearts desired and always clean! There was no need to go out to eat however one night we did travel (only about 200 yards) to the five star beach front restaurant for a meal out. The meal and staff there were great as well and we enjoyed being able to walk to and from dinner. During the day our options were limitless. We rented a personal golf cart to travel around the resort and we found it very convenient. We rode about 5 minutes to arrive at the park where we were able to book great adventures, from zip lining through the jungle to a snorkel boat cruise. We really enjoyed our activities and found them reasonabley priced and well organized. On other days, we had a private beach just a few hundred yards away that my wife enjoyed visiting while I was able to play a few rounds of golf on a world class course with great views and caddies (club rentals were a bonus). The villa also had a private pool and jacuzzi that we used daily as well as a private masseuse that came to the villa to provide a whole new level of relaxation. The room we used was beautiful with walk in closets and a huge shower/bathroom. There were also multiple other rooms and tons of seating and lounging areas. From BBQs at lunch by the pool, dinner at a spacious table that was protected but open, and a beautiful breakfast area, the space was massive. It was also a pleasure enjoying a cocktail and a cigar prior to dinner overlooking the ocean and the 16th green with the pool behind me and the staff busy on another wonderful meal. It was a trip we will always remember and recommend!

Imagine an unobstructed view of the ocean with waves crashing into the beach in front of you. You are viewing the waves from the poolside chair with a cold rum punch in your hand. This is not a dream but a daily reality in the villa. My favorite part of the day is at sunset when the birds are beginning to nest for the evening and the sun is quickly descending in the horizon. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff including Monchy. Your every need is anticipated and expectations are exceeded with homecooked meals, reservations at the golf course, perfectly maintained rooms and cold rum punch. Each day is perfect but tomorrow is better. We look forward to our next visit to Cap Cana and villa 13.
