The pool and the gym / padel tennis facilities were great and easy to book.

The hotel is big and communication wasn’t amazing. The WhatsApp service wasn’t always responsive and we were given incorrect times after booking a boat trip and we were expecting the cost to go on the room but when we arrived we were expected to pay then directly: all okay just would have been nice to be told. Rooms are clean but not spacious.

Everything! the staff, the facilities the F&B experiences...there are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is and how worth it the money spent was.

The mattresses could be a little more comfortable and pillows can be firmer, but that's just my preference, nothing bad about the comfort of the rooms, they are great!

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, dinners were excellent. The grounds were clean, well designed and nicely maintained. Service people were friendly and helpful. The lobby was spectacular and an amazing place to relax, read, and absorb the vibe.

We loved the staff, location, services/facilities, and the quality and architecture of the building and materials used. The buffet breakfast was perfect.

We did not like the Turkish buffet dinner, which was optional.

It’s a beautiful building! The lobby is simply gorgeous! The breakfast was exceptional. There is so much variety and everything tasted delightful! The pool and the surrounding area was faultless and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and access to the beach and sea. Furthermore, the customer service was excellent. Everyone from the management, staff on reception, in the dining hall and the cleaners were so accommodating and helpful. Overall Al Bustan Palace is an amazing place to visit and we can recommend it enough!

The only downside was that there was no entertainment and it was all very quiet after 9pm.

I suggest to pay much more attention to the food and beverage costs! Too much expensive, it cannot be that you have to pay for a soft drink the equivalent of 8/9 Euro!! outside the hotel with that much you can buy 10 bottles....!!!! not reasonable at all!!

Check in/out is very slow They charged extra cost for usage of internet which suppose to be free. They blocked 300 OMR on arrival! Location is far from Muscut main city Outdoor Facilities like pool, beach are normal Breakfast area is small compared to hotel size Breakfast options are few Good for single night stay only Price is expensive Bathroom does not have locks! Baby cribs are good for baby of age 1 year and above only My clean car parked in area were i got it back covered with bird drops! No greetings during check in and check out Many bees outdoor over the grass

It was a fabulous experience being hosted at Al Bustan. The facilities, the service, the kindness of the crew were something to be mentioned. Our maitre (Salim Muqaimi) was always so polite and kind, making the experience during the breakfast being better than the expectations. I also would like to highlight the kindness of the waiter Brian (from Kenia) and Febri (from Indonesia). Besides the fantastic experience with the facilities, the kindness and receptiveness of the crew is something that made all the experience being something more for us.
