The hotel is nice, the room was spacious, the bathroom had a shower and a bath and was fully equipped. The bed was luxurious. In terms of the room, there were no complaints at all. We didn't do breakfast, so I don't know about that.

The breakfast was expensive, but that is a choice. However, at checkout we were asked if we used anything from the minibar (no). For the first time in my life, I was told that this needed to be checked. If you don't trust me, fine. Please lock the minibar, or simply directly state that you need to check the minibar instead of first asking and directly after my answer questioning my honesty by sending somebody to check on me.

Staff in reception were low experience and lack of knowledge, same apply to reservation staff, I have asked theme several time for corporate rate since I am working in QatarEnergy oil company and usually we have special rate, but unfortunately none of your staff was able to give me any answer rather than they were unexperienced to figure out any corporate rate. Furthermore, when I checked out the staff in recaption missed charging dinning cost which prove that you need to train your staff and educated them so they can be up to your reputation as international hotel. Wasn't the beat marriot I've stayed in. Not sure I can say what I liked best

Pricy but great for a family stay. Quite nice as my room was originally small but managed to get a upgrade suitable for a small family.

Price is too high compared to similar nearby hotels

Cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff . Location next to Oman Convention Center . New Facility and family oriented.

I believe since it opened recently, it still needs to do inside shops and more options for food when it is busy .

Check in takes very long. Room is overpriced. Food is overpriced. Housekeeping staff are negligent and late in providing services.

Very comfortable and the staff are so respected But, on the reception are very slow need to improve about that very important point

Variety of foods and very organized replacement of empty dishes with the full ones Fantastic seafood table with so many types of sushi, sashimi and maki Poliet helpful staff at the last floor restaurant

Crowding at buffet dinner There were neither foul nor baked bean served with the delicious breakfast There was plenty of gloves beside the foods but the staff hesitated to oblige the guests to wear them(seemed optional not mandatory)

The breakfast quite ok but doesnt meet expectation as 5 star hotel and the location very bad.
