The staff were great especially John at reception, he made our stay enjoyable with all his help. John went far beyond what was expected to make sure our stay was great, many thanks John. Location is fantastic and pool view amazing.

The staff are very helpful and you can change your currency in hotel, no need go find money exchange. The hotel is near to most famous restaurant and shopping mall. The swimming pool even got provide life jacket for toddler which impressed me a lot. The breakfast consist of different local cuisine daily and also international cuisine to cater customer from around the world.

When we first came to check in, there was no bell boy or anybody to help us with the luggages, especially since the hotel entrance has several steps up. Also, there’s no AC at all, and it’s really hot!!Only 2 receptionists and they didn’t even call anybody to help us or even smile at us….We were very surprised about this, because it was the first time we encountered this experience…. During our stay, I asked the receptionist to have couple extra towels so we can use it after swimming, they said they have to charge extra for it, really??? During this vacation, I’d stayed at several hotels, and I think this is the one I like the least, and I don’t think I’ll ever come back here.

The room was a good size. The rooftop swimming pool has an amazing view of Dragon Bridge and the river. Probably the hotel's best feature. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic central location.

Breakfast is comprehensive, although we thought the fruit offerings were disappointing - no pineapple or mango on the 4 mornings we were there. Nor yogurt or muesli - just corn flakes and coco pops. A minor complaint. There was plenty of variety. The towels were changed daily even though I hung them up, to indicate they didn't need to be changed. Sadly, each day the replacement towels were very old, thin and frayed. I've never seen towels in such poor condition, especially in a 4 star hotel. Perhaps Danang hotels are still struggling to make a comeback after Covid - like so many tourist destinations.

The staff were really helpful with tours and transport. The pool was great with amazing views of the dragon bridge. The cocktails were also great in the roof top bar. Very close to restaurants and market.

Central location, conveniently located near many restaurants. Rooftop pool offered amazing view of Da Nang. Rooms were spacious with good views and staff accomodated our request of having rooms on same floor. I would like to give a special shoutout to the staff at the hotel, especially Thanh the manager! The staff were all nice and helpful prior and during our stay, never failing to answer our questions and also going as far as helping us book transport for tours and to/from the airport especially for a big group of 13. Would definitely come back next time! Thank you once again Thanh :)

The Pool is the best part of this hotel. The view is amazing. Location is handy. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Having a view of the River and bridge were definitely a must for us.

It is noisy in Da Nang, especially with the tourist buses and their horns going off. I was glad we were on a high floor.

Good breakfast, perfect location as it was close to the Han River, Pink Church, market, and local restos and shops. Kudos to John/Thanh the receptionist who assisted us in getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and was a gracious host.

Shower position was not stable. This caused water to spill all over the tub, which can make people uncomfortable when taking a bath as they might slip.

An excellent place to stay.Only a few years old and very clean.Staff were very helpful Buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from If you want a upmarket comfy stay with a birds eye view of the Dragon bridge at a good price you cannot go wrong.Also a rooftop bar and infinity pool

More western food choices for breakfast

Room was very spacious, we had a family room, no noise from outside, breakfast was avsolutely amazing with lots of local dishes. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym. We had a nice stay, the location is perfect for walking and enjoying the city!

Very nice staff, great location near the river. View from the rooftop was great to see the whole city. I didn’t try the breakfast because I preferred to eat like a local.

The pool on the top floor was great, it has great views. The receptionists were very nice.

It is not good for what you pay. The breakfast was very poor, mostly Asian food, it could offer some options of western food. The bar on the pool was always closed and the gym is SO small (can only fit 1 person). The room was ok, but it feels rusty and a bit unclean.
