Very noise in the restaurant for breakfast, staffs in the restaurant did not take care customers enough which they should do! Very narrow for food section and difficult to get food if so many custom come same time!

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing! They even let us check in early (without charge). Room was immaculate as well. This is our favourite hotel so far on our Vietnam trip.

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. they gave us some great tips, helped with a great motorbike rental and let us check in very early after a long train trip. We would have extended our trip in beautiful Danang if they weren’t booked out.

It was my best experience in danang (I have had stayed in 4 danang's hotels). Advantages: Office chair in the room (really important thing for me) Great staff. Guys are really caring and friendly Huge bathroom with electronic bidet 😍 Breakfast are really tasty (only one thing I wish is mango). But guys change the toaster 😂 please Huge clean room and bed with no nasty smells Good value price!

Location is for sleeping and not for lunch. So use delivery or go to the center or use hotel's restaurant service Some of the room are without windows Some of room facilities are needed to be fixed (like cracks in the plaster between the bed and the wall) But these disadvantages are so insignificant especially with the good value price so I can say as expertiend traveler that this is on of the best hotel which I've stayed in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Star City Riverside Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay.

Our best stay during the entire trip in Vietnam! Room price is super cheap with all the facilities provided: very spacious room with bathtub & smart toilet, buffet breakfast with many varieties & nice coffee!, and very helpful and accomodating staffs. All the staffs will go above and beyond to make sure your stay there very comfortable, location just a short drive away to dragon bridge/son tra night market/vincom plaza. Will definitely come back here again when i visit Danang! ❤️
