To me Danang has Two Main Areas. The beachfront and The River View. Novotel Location is ideal For the Danang River view experience. The customer Service by all the Staff was Exceptional. The Room was Spacious and the Balcony offered a view of the city the river and the ocean. A true panoramic View We enjoyed during our Stay. The bed was Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and Spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Large selection for all tastes. The gym was very good. The Pool was large clean and beautiful with a great view. During our Stay we went to Ba Na Hills. If one of your main Activities in Da nang is to go to Ba Na hills than i highly recommend you Stay at novotel as they are able to offer purchase your tickets for the Sun world Park and also offer special Deals that you cannot get anywhere else. my Booking included the lounge access and Giang from the executive lounge Staff went above and beyond my expectations when it came to our complete experience at Novotel. Giang helped book our entire day At Sunworld and made sure that we were able to enjoy the perfect Trip to Sunworld.

Location was superb, the view from room and restaurant made it worth every penny of the slightly high price vs. our other hotel. Breakfast choice was immense. Really helpful staff arranged tours and trips for us.

fantastic pool, amazing breakfast, wonderful room from our studio apartment, having the washer dryer was a welcome surprise. great location for walking to the dragon bridge and only 3K to the beach.

It was comfortable and the staff were really helpful! the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The spa services were expensive (disappointing that the massage lady was playing on her phone while giving a massage to both me and my husband).

Overall location was good and within a short drive to most attractions , check in procedure was a bit chaotic as my room wasn't ready by check in time , i was offered a discount while waiting at the nearby café

the room i ended up with had a smell of vomit in it which my wife couldnt stand ... which i suspect was why the room wasnt ready when we came to check in , (maybe previous guest partied too hard) , but when we made the hotel aware of this they did move us to another room which was perfect

it was nice and clean and plenty of facilities to use whilst enjoying your stay.

After we checked out and waiting in the lobby until our flight times we were told not to sleep as it makes the hotel look unprofessional to other guests

The bed is extra comfortable

i left on the desk in the room, a few dollars in different currencies which i kept as a souvenir. On the third day the money disappeared. I called the reception and asked for an explanation and 10 minutes later someone brought me the money back. The value was not much but i think this shouldn’t happen in a 5 stars hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic. Rio, one of the manager, took care of us. Friendly staff. There is a bar on top of the hotel.
