Within the Da Nang city

Lobby is smoky because there is a smoking room next to the rooms. No soap, shower gel and shampoo were half filled. Room slippers are dirty. Did not stay overnight and check out.

Location was excellent. Very close to flower shops, cafes, banh mi stands, and the main central market of downtown Danang. The wifi worked well. There is a lift. The AC worked well. The price was probably quite fair.

Room had no windows and was quite stuffy. Water pressure and draining were both poor. Lack of soap/shampoo options in the bathroom. The staff didn't do a very good job saying hello or goodbye, and it was sometimes hard to get a straight answer. When we asked about the pickup time for a tour, first they said 730, then 830, then 8. Which was it?? There was a bit of that funky old hotel smell in different parts of the hotel, almost like garbage. Would not stay here again. No on-site restaurant option for a hotel of this size was surprising, but given it is Vietnam, it's probably ok for most travelers to easily find something nearby.

Terrible hard beds, eerie empty halls, customer service slow to respond to requests. No views for superior room.

Everything was perfect. Functional and clean room. Perfect service and assistance from the staff. Location near many facilities in the centre of Da Nang. Excellent.

Staff were fantastic and location was excellent

Room was a bit run down and needed to be fixed up, floor boards were rotten and chair was extremely dirty. Room received was internal with a window looking out onto a passageway that had an all night light on.

I had to upgrade to Deluxe room because even that the description of standard room has windows but it is windows to look at the hall (like a fake window). Which makes the room smells weird because there is no fresh air. Too high and hard pillows. Not much options for breakfast buffet
