The hotel was generally good. The room was nice and spacious.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. We got complimentary massages in the spa with our room. They weren’t the best so I wouldn’t recommend going to the spa.

The Sanouva Executive Room is very spacious and bright with two bedrooms, and was just perfect for our family for an overnight stay close to the airport while in transit through Da Nang. Very good breakfast with a wide choice. We enjoyed the room wecome (fruits), too. Polite and attentative staff.

One chair in the living room would need repairs/replacement. But generally the rooms were nice and tidy.

Front desk staff and bellboy the best. Special mention to Lua for her positivity and effervescent personality. Pool and view from pool awesome. Breakfast a good selection. Liked the neighbourhood. Felt like home away from home.

great location in downtown Danang, 5 min walk to the pink cathedral. really loved the rooftop pool and the hotel is beautiful. room was spotless, large and the bed was soooo comfy.

The shower was at fixed height only reaching stomach height and over a bath with a big step. Not ideal if you don't have good mobility. The restaurant had many items unavailable from their menu, so limited choices.

I booked a charter taxi from Danang to Hoian. during this journey for some reason driver and car has been changed without any notices from hotel side. this caused me a lots of confusion.

The staff at the Sanouva are exceptional- so joyful and friendly and the hotel itself is very well looked after.The breakfast is very good and the location handy for going anywhere.

My whole 5 days stay was excellent - from start to finish! The large corner room on the 9th floor with fabulous views of the city, including the Han river & the Dragon Bridge. The ambiance of the lobby & the attention to detail throughout cannot be faulted! However, the top marks must go towards customer service to all the staff - with particular mention to CAM VAN who simply was outstanding!

The location, staff & breakfast was great. The facilities were beautiful. The lobby interior was so immaculate.

The downside was the Laundry service. I requested laundry to be done & return the same day. Most of the returned laundry was not fully dry & still wet, when contacted the front desk they apologize & had it done again. Upon checkout, we received a bill for this which we were not aware of and did not sign for it. The laundry staff came down & claimed it was another lot for the same day which I advised them I did not request for this one. It was the same one we had advised the laundry staff to redo. So ensure you have authorized Laundry service or they can mistakenly charge you again. Other than that everything else was excellent.
