Phòng rộng , sạch sẽ . Nhân viên thân thiện , lịch sự .

Mình ở có 1 buổi nên chưa biết k thích gì cả . Nhưng chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại .

This is a wonderful hotel, in a great location, with amazing staff. I arrived before noon because I had taken the sleeper train from Hanoi and I was expecting to spend several hours in the lobby waiting for my room. But I was lucky (or they felt sorry for me) because I got my room right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room which exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had many choices and was very good. The hotel was clean and quiet which I really appreciate. Thanks for a great stay!

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like -- everything was fantastic.

Location is in the city center and foods are good.

Buffet sáng còn hạn chế món . Và có món dư của ngày hôm trước qua ngày hôm sau vẫn dọn . Cfe rất lỏng ( tệ )

The rooms were great. Large .. aircon great .. free wifi.. brekkie was good on tool floor though need to get to floor 7 then stairs up to level 8 where restaurant is.. location good. Night market next door with a few good vendors.. one street back of hotel are some restaurants. Large shopping Mall 8 minute walk away. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only 900 m to train station and not far from airport. Ok 1 nighter

The noise from street! Though windows are double glazed the seals seem to be corroded hence letting through the sound.

New facilities, clean.

Staffs are unprofessional.
