This property is walking distance from the Han River, Dragon Bridge and major shopping locations in Da Nang. It was a 10 minutes' drive to My Khe Beach & also the airport by Taxi. Also walking distance to the Da Nang Night Market. Has coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies within 2 mins walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This place is is definitely value for money and if a good place to stay if you are going to be exploring Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Night Market, etc.

Nothing really for us - It's not a good location to stay if you are going to Da Nang purely for the beach - then it makes sense to look for a hotel near My Khe Beach.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff who are very attentive :) The man who helps with bags is so lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The terrace on the top floor is lovely, a nice place to relax. You can refill your water at reception which is great and much needed in the heat! They offer free bicycle hire which is amazing- we loved cycling around Da Nang! Would definitely stay again.

there were lots of cockroaches in the beds and the floor. we got to switch rooms but we’re still small bugs in the bathroom

The hotel interior is good and comfortable, we enjoyed the river view, market restaurant and river all nearby, staffs are good in English and very supportive, airport only 3km away

The hotel is very close to Bach Dang street where many resto and bars are. Easy to get to the airport. Staffs were polite and helpful. Very good for the budget.

Location, staff was friendly, can rent scooter cheap, tidy, helped us rent bus to Hue.

Room was overall clean, but the bed sheets were not changed after the previous guests stayed. Hair, pubic hair were all over the bed, under the fancy cover. When asked them to change at night , the night shift manager refused by saying that there were no one to change, ultimately I had to go to their store to collect some bed sheets and pillowcases and changed it my self. Even communication with him was very difficult as he didn't understand English. Bathroom drain was clogged. No provision for food not even a common dining area

Bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water for long time. Very spacious room.

Staff speaks very little English and there were no breakfast, they didn’t offer it to us either. Bit far from main attractions (20min walking).

Clean, comfortable, friendly front desk staff, free bicycle rentals and water provided. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, and a comfortable bike to the beach. Felt very safe staying here during the big storm/flood as the power had gone out momentarily, but was restored in seconds

Lack of available shuttle information and booking assistance to Hoi An other than Grab
