Check in was easy. The host was responsive. The location was great, conveniently located close to Target and Walmart. Uber was $10-12 each way to the parks (although we had a car, it was cheaper to Uber to the park and more convenient). House was clean and well stocked….check the cabinets before you head to the store! The pool and hot tub were a hit. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very clean, great neighborhood, house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there, would stay again. It was very close to Disneyland.

We stayed for a week, 3 adults and 3 children. The house was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The kids loved the toys and games available, and of course the pool! Us adults enjoyed having a full kitchen to work with and laundry available. We had no issues during our stay.

This property was perfect for our family of five with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, swimming pool and hot tub. Great place to stay!

This was the perfect property for our group and our Disneyland adventure. We easily walked back and forth to Disney twice a day. In the afternoons we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The owners were attentive and answered all of our questions before, during and after the process. We would stay here again!

We went down for a family vacation and the house was wonderful. Just what we needed 5 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minutes from Huntington Beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. We will definitely come back.

We loved this home ! Beds were comfortable, great neighborhood, it literally has EVERYTHING you need especially if you have little kids, loved the pool & hot tub. All around great experience. Great family home & would 100% book here again . Thank you for the great stay!!

Our family of six stayed in for 5 days while visiting LA. We were looking for something within walking distance of Disneyland and that had space for our kids to play on off days. This house met those needs well. The pool and hot tub in the back were very nice to use. It was still a little cool for swimming in Feb, but the pool heat made it work when the sun was out. The kitchen and dining area were large and nice to use. The rec room was also a hit with our kids. Things that might be useful for future visitors: - Disneyland Resort is walkable, but in the 20-30 minute range. - Quiet hours are 10pm-9am, and no outdoor activities (like the hot tub) are allowed then. - No parking on the street, but the driveway has enough space for multiple vehicles. - There are several food options, grocery stores, Target, Starbucks, etc all within a short drive. - The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out was smooth.

As advertised. My boys (ages 7 and 11) loved the pool and swam in it every day. Relatively easy walk to Disney, although we found Uber to be very convenient so used that most of the time. Would recommend to families for sure.

We had a wonderful family vacation and we enjoyed our stay at the Pham home. We definitely recommend staying at this home if you’re going to Disneyland.

The house, the amenities, and the location were absolute perfection! We were in town for a Disneyland wedding and were so very happy that we chose this house. It was cozy, and fun, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were surprisingly close to shopping and the parks. We could not have been happier!

We found this home to be overall comfortable and well equipped for guests. The home is very well maintained and incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable. But we did find some things to keep in mind for people traveling with young or neurodivergent children. We knew we wanted a pool on property so I looked specifically for a home that had a fenced pool. Upon arrival I was both disappointed and frightened to find that the fence pictured is hardly more than a small slowdown for curious children. The gate latches on the outside with a simple lift latch at eye level for toddlers, the fence joins with a low stone fence that’s easily climbable for young ones and T he fence doesn’t even continue all the way to the property fence but rather stops at a tree leaving walking space around to the pool. Now this all wouldn’t be too much of an issue if there were safety measures put on the doors leading outside. There are 3 doors leading to the backyard and not one of them has child locks. In fact one of them is the kind of door you can open from the inside even when it’s locked. I will say I didn’t think to contact the owners to remedy this during our time there. My rating and review reflects the current safety condition of the home not the responsiveness of the owners as I didn’t reach out. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt the home was lacking in updates and that for a home boasting its amenities for children, child safety was lacking.

A great home base for our CA adventure. Quiet, comfortable, easy walk to Disney where security & entrance were a breeze! Entering on Magic Way through Downtown Disney was definitely the way to go. Pool, games, and tv. at the house rounded out our downtime. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

Great place for me and my family to stay while we visited disneyland

We rented this house for a family trip to Disney and it was perfect!! Close enough to walk to the park and lots of amenities! We definitely recommend!!

House was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The walk to Disneyland was a little far for our group, so we Uber'd to Downtown Disney. This was the best option, the security checkpoint offered no line at all compared to the main entrance which was a 45 minute wait. The Uber was about $10 per ride. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! I am a huge Disney adult and finally took my family of 9(kids 4,6,6,16,17) to Disneyland for the first time. It was just a short 12 minute walk to the Disneyland hotel or 25ish minutes to downtown Disney monorail. By the third day of our trip, we were using uber($6-$18 per trip)! The backyard was so awesome. Great grill! The hot tub was hot! Pool was warm(totally worth the extra money)! My girls loved the princess dresses too! Such a nice touch. We took break around 2pm and came home to swim. Turned around and went back to the parks. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property!
