This property was fantastic! Very clean and had plenty of rooms for a family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Everything needed was provided. Best part is 25 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the parks!

Wonderful VRBO. Lots of room for large family, great beds and pool/ outdoor area was perfect to eat or lounge around. Also, Disneyland/ Downtown Disney is .5 miles away. Within walking distance which was really nice.

Be aware the restrictions and rules around noise are strict! These rules are established by the City, but the property does repeatedly emphasize compliance to the point that we were sufficiently paranoid of making any noise. This is problematic when you're arrival flight is after 10pm or you're coming home from Disneyland late in the evening. It is also not clear that one of the bedrooms must be accessed from the pool area which means you must shut off the door alarm to the pool area, be totally silent, and then access the bedroom from another alarmed outside door. The property did a good job identifying the alarm on the sliding door, but the other external doors have small bypasses that are easy to miss if you aren't familiar with the set-up. The property is clean aside from significant hard water build up on some of the fixtures. We were impressed with the water pressure and had plenty of hot water for our group of 6. We were short towels (one guest room didn't have any), but we were able to work that out amongst the group. The property is advertised as a short walk to Disneyland but that isn't really the case as there is no direct route out of the neighborhood or into Downtown Disney from this location. It ends up being closer to a 2 mile walk. For a large group that wants to spend time together, this is a much more economical route than multiple hotel rooms. For the convenience of getting to Disney, cleanliness, and freedom to be out past 9pm, a hotel is preferable.

We were a large group traveling with children and this house had all we needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the game room was fun! The beds were comfy and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Good location to store and not too far from Disney.

Wonderful stay near Disneyland everyone enjoyed the pool and spa and playing pool and ping pong. Comfortable beds and relaxing environment a true home away from home experience.

House was well equipped for our family. Nice neighborhood all around and we watched the Disneyland fireworks at night. Pool safety alarm gave us a little trouble the first night but communication was great to help us resolve it. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the house was very clean and the description of the property was accurate. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. This is extremely close to Disney and grocery stores aren’t far at all. We would stay here again.

Property was as listed. Beds were comfortable and property clean. The kitchen has a lot of gadgets to meet your needs.

The house is very nicely arranged and equipped. The pool and spa were great fun!

The house was just great, we enjoyed our stay with family and returning to this property after a long day at the park was really good. Three master suites was especially nice for the adults and the kids had a ball in the pool and spa. Would rent again without any hesitation.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of bathrooms, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Close drive to Disneyland, but definitely would not walk there with kids. You can see the fireworks from the backyard. Anaheim has very strict rules about noise and the amount of people in the house. Totally understandable as this house is in a residential neighborhood. It would have been nice to sit in the hot tub after a long day at Disney. But you have to be in the house by 10pm. If you want less strict rules, you’ll probably have to stay outside of Anaheim’s residential areas. It was fun to play in the game room and the pool, but we were constantly telling our kids to keep their voices down (which is hard to do when swimming). Very comfortable and fun place to stay with all the things you need!

Only just over a mile walking to/from Disneyland which the kids were able to do pretty easily. Not a lot of traffic when crossing the big street. Quiet neighborhood. Had a problem with the stove that they fixed right away. Could have used more towel hangers in bathrooms was the only negative

We stayed at this property for a week; 2 kiddos and 6 adults. The pool and spa are fantastic, we spent time in the rear yard and enjoyed grilling on our down time. There a several beautiful palm varieties surrounding the spa that offers privacy from neighbours but they could use some professional attention so they have a greater impact. Likewise with a few interior maintenance items. Overall stay was exactly as we anticipated.

This house was perfect for our stay at Disneyland. They even had a little tree set up inside. Great clean space. Very nice pool and hot tub. We always love the properties from this company. Comfortable beds, plenty of things in the kitchen, pool towels. Everything you need for a lovely stay.

Roomy, comfortable, great pool & hot tub, convenient location. Missing a few normal needs, like Kleenex, ziplocs or stuff for leftover food, wipes, etc. REPEATED emails with pages of instructions & warnings......one page would do, please.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, LOTS of hot water which was important to us due to the amount of people who needed to use it, very close to Disneyland, in a very cute neighborhood.

Would give it a 5 star rating except ...Overall, we were pleased with our stay. There were just a couple of little annoyances that brought it down though. We were looking forward to sitting in the spa on a daily basis to replenish and relax our old bones, but the controls on the property weren't working. We finally had to call the property manager on day 3 and he was able to turn it on remotely, but even then it only kicked on for about a half hour and then it shut back off...Very disappointing - it was one of the original selling features of the property for us...Also, they didn't include the key codes for the third room and the garage, and we had to call to get those as well. The garage (game room) was neat, but super annoying because it gets sweltering in there with the heat and there's no way to cool it down because the pool alarms on the doors don't allow them to be open for more than a few seconds. Also, there's no outside pool alarm button on the garage, so you had to set off the alarm every time you went in. It also seems a little silly that you aren't allowed to park on the street. We had two cars and were constantly having to shuffle them back and forth into the narrow driveway. There are timers on the lights in the bathrooms so inevitably, the lights turned off every time you were in the shower...lol.. Other than that, the house was comfortable. They had dishwasher and laundry pods already there which was a nice convenience as well.

Great property for our family of 9. Enough bathrooms/bedrooms and pool/hot tub with game room. Comfortable and well maintained.

This is a very cleanly property. We had a little problem with the alarm system understanding how it worked, but the property manager was very quick to help us out when we called. We had babies, toddlers, and children, and all of them loved the pool. Very spacious. 10/10 recommend.

We had an excellent stay here in this cute home . Accommodations were top notch. Pool and hot tub were welcoming after long days in Disneyland. Had strollers and high chair for our use. I would definitely recommend staying here . Great communication with staff. Doors had alarms , however once you understood the purpose of them , was no problem at all. Book this home you will nit be sorry . We will stay again . Very close to Disneyland. Nice safe neighborhood . Thank you . Maybe one suggestion garbage can with a lid would be awesome, keurig coffee maker would be great. 😊👍

This was the perfect home for me & my family to bring our children too! We had such a blast in the pool & hot tub! Watched the fireworks at Disneyland right from the pool!

Great pool, loved all the bathrooms, 3 masters were great

The location was good since we were going to Disney. The house had a game room, pool and hot tub. But the house had an alarm on every door that had a keypad at the top of the door, which would go off every time you went in, or out. This alarm was as loud as a tornado alarm but in your house. We didn't want to go outside because we didn't want to hear it. I reached out to the management company and asked if they would turn off, but no response. The house is nice but we will never stay in a place again that has that kind of alarm system.

Very nice property. Very nice home. Equipped with all amenities. Absolutely no problems with the stay. Some things made the stay challenging but these were related to city ordinances that are not in control of the property owner. I did not know of the neighbourhood noise rules and noise curfews prior to booking. Overall the stay was great. Very happy with our choice to book this home.

Our stay was wonderful. The photos accurately depict the house. My suggestion would be to make sure visitors have a clear understanding of how the alarm system works, and that those instructions match with wants in the user guide/binder. Cheers!

House set up well for large family. One master bedroom detached from rest of house nice for sleeping baby. Pool and spa immaculately clean! Loved the very wide variety of flowers in bloom in front and back during our June stay!

Very welcoming home away from home. Everything was as expected. Our family enjoyed this property very much!!!
