Our family of four loved the stay at this house. The outdoor space was fantastic and our kids really enjoyed the game room. The house was very clean and nicely laid out. One thing to note is that this property was stocked incredibly well from pool toys to kitchen supplies and even soaps and sun screens. It was really helpful to not have to buy everything like you need to in some VRBOs.

Awesome house right near Disney. We elected to still drive but it was so nice to be able to come and go so quickly! Pool, hot tub, and game room were perfect for our down time!

This place is well deserving of all the 5 star ratings. The description of the house was very accurate. The check-in/out process was incredibly easy. The house was very clean. Kitchen was well appointed, with lots of cups/plates for little kids (including a high chair). Aaron was super helpful and quick to respond to messages. I especially enjoyed the little coffee bar and the kids loved the snacks on arrival. The house is located on a quiet street with easy parking in the driveway. It is about a mile walk to Downtown Disney and about 1.5 miles to the park entrances. Our 3 kids (ages 5, 8, and 10 years old) made the walk there and back with minimal complaints. We usually walked to Downtown Disney and then caught the monorail to Tomorrowland, this helped bypass the lines at the main entrance. For California Adventure we walked to the Pixar parking garage and then caught the free tram to the park entrance. We will definitely look into renting this place again next time we come back to the parks.
After 4 days of fun at the two parks our 10 year old told our friend the best part of the trip was the pool at the house! There were various kinds of personal flotation devices for little kids, as well as some pool toys. I particularly liked that the whole pool was fenced in and the chaise lounges :)

Our family had a great stay. We loved the heated pool and game room. It was super close to Disney which was nice to come back and take a break. Also not too far from great beaches and shopping. We’d stay here again.

Wonderful home to stay at during our Disneyland vacation. Pool, hot tub, game room, and large living room/kitchen made it perfect for our stay with two kids (3, 7) and four adults. Disneyland was a quick Uber drive away. Quiet neighborhood, everything was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend!

Lovely updated home a short 2km walk from the gates to the Disney Parks. Pride of ownership is evident. Everything you might need or want between the games room in the garage, the outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pit. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fantastic in a word.

This house was a perfect place for our family of 4. Very close to Disneyland and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some. The house was very clean and uncluttered and the game room was a huge hit for all. The pool and spa were a nice addition as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing and spacious. It was extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The detached garage was a perfect place for the kids to play. The pool is inclosed by a safety gate so the kids could go to the garage without worrying about them going into the pool area. They have a few pool floats and water wings for the little ones. We walked to Disneyland and it was about a 15 minute stroll to the security of Downtown Disney at 10 year old speed. The neighborhood is quiet. There were also 3 strollers in the garage, 2 doubles and a single. Wonderful, wonderful house.

We’ve stayed at many vrbos and this was the most thoughtfully stocked and decorated we’ve ever stayed in. A plethora of Pool toys, coffee bar, bathrobes, luxury linens, device chargers, lots of nice outdoor seating. It was so close to Disney that we were able to rope drop each day, come back around noon for lunch and pool time and then head back to the parks recharged for an amazing evening. The beds were so comfy and the master shower was spa worthy. If we do Disney again, we’ll be staying here for sure!

Terrific host and communication, fabulous house with EVERYTHING you could want. Literally, there was nothing we could have wanted that wasn't in that house...even a baby monitor (my toddler wanted to be on the top bunk but could hardly get up and down by himself). I only wish we could have stayed longer. The walk to Disney is not bad at all, but maybe a little long for a toddler after doing the park, but Uber was only $10 to the main gate and took minutes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home only minutes from the Disney parks! The house was clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and cozy. The host was wonderful and was always available for any questions we had. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We were very happy with our accommodations. The attention to detail for ones needs was A+! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful! Nothing like a whole day/night at Disney and it's only a 5 minute drive to the house! Highly recommend and will stay there again!

We stayed at the house for five nights total. We had our three grandsons and our son with us. The playroom was a big, big hit with everyone especially the two younger grandkids. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any VRBO we’ve rented. The smart TVs came in handy and the kids could watch in their room while the adults watched in the living area. Our host was very responsive. The information he sent to me regarding local shopping and other details was very comprehensive. Then … then there was the pool and hot tub! So wonderful. We probably could have skipped Disneyland and just lounged around the pool. Our grandsons were ecstatic about it. It was a real treat for everyone and for some reason, in my experience a pool seems to happily unite a family. We we’re able to watch the fireworks from the front yard every night when we weren’t actually at Disneyland. The house is on a cul-de-sac so everything was very quiet. If you decide to rent this home, you will not be disappointed!

The house was lovely and very quiet! We loved watching the Disney fireworks from the front yard at night Our grandson stayed up for them one night but slept right through them the rest of the time so they weren't disturbing at all. I must say that we have never stayed in a better equipped VRBO and we're regular VRBO vacationers. Many have been nice, but I literally never reached for something that I needed that I couldn't find. It was very easy to cook when we wanted to, there were plenty of dishes for serving and lots and lots of supplies. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nicely done. We also enjoyed the pool and spa and the fire pit for S'mores. My grandson nearly flipped when he saw the game room. Job well done! We felt very at home here and it'll be our first choice when we come to the area. In fact, do you own any houses elsewhere? We'd seek you out.

Pictures of property looked better than in person - property appeared to be a quick fixer upper to rent out to tourist. My family didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood- it was constant noise all night from blaring car alarms to people coming and going across the street at all times of night - there was construction traffic 2 doors down from us during the day. Additionally the entire back of the house had no window shades or curtains which is not good when you have family watching movies in the front room. While there is a fence in backyard the gates we’re not lock. A pool guy showed up on our first morning in the backyard and scared my wife while she was trying to cook. He was looking straight through the window. Lastly, We were charged and additional 150.00 via PayPal just to have the pool heater on so the kids could enjoy the pool during the cool weather. Master bedroom shower leaked constantly and the kitchen sink smell horrible due to the garbage disposal not being service - we never fully utilized the kitchen - then there was the horrible communication when checking out. I would not recommend this property or owner to anyone. I feel I am owed some sort of refund of some kind. Just a horrible experience.

Our stay included me, my 3 adult children, 2 of their spouses, and my 3-year-old grandson. The accommodations were perfect with very comfortable beds and bedding, a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics we needed, and a huge sofa so we could all watch tv or play on the Switch that we brought. The pool and especially the hot tub were very welcome after all the hustle of Disneyland and Universal Studios. And the large selection of coffee, with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, was a pleasant surprise and appreciated on our early mornings.

My husband, teenage kids, and I all agree that this was the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. It is an easy walk to Disneyland, and also easy to get to from the airport. Aaron has created such a welcoming, relaxing space with lots of nice touches such as coffee, spices for cooking, and chips and breakfast treats. We highly recommend this home!

This property was the perfect spot for my family's trip to Disneyland. We loved the large family room, the hot tub, and appreciated the extras like coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent. The owner provided helpful tips regarding local amenities and the best ways to get to Disneyland. I highly recommend this property!

This house is even better than advertised - incredibly clean and well stocked (including Keurig pods and some starter snacks). The house is very kid friendly - our 4 year old loved the toy area in the garage. We used one of the strollers provided and walked to Disney each day we were there - it took about 25 minutes total to walk the whole way (not using the tram). Would stay here again for sure!

My wife and I traveled with our five children ages 5-15 and had a great stay at this property. The property description is very accurate. It was very clean and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. It is a great location (close to everything).

Best stay ever’
A group of us attended a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. We had session both mornings and evening. This home was perfect for enjoying the pool and hot tub mid day. Very clean and comfortable our whole group had an awesome and relaxing time. The beds were super comfy and the back yard was delightful. The game room was awesome although we didn’t get a have to use it as much as we would have liked. Definitely coming back !!!! Thank you

Amazing Stay
Great location , amazing host. Everything about the property was great . Very clean and updated. My family and I definitely enjoyed staying here. Check in/out was easy.. very much a home away from home. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Loved the house. Had everything we needed and a quick drive to Disneyland
The house was great. It was quiet, cozy and inviting.
Family including my parents, myself and my wife and our child were included in the trip. The house never felt small even when we were all in the living room. Plus, there was always something for us each to do separately. Sometimes, my parents would be playing pool while we played in the swimming pool. Or one would be using the hot tub while others were in the pool.
The owner/property manager reached out regularly just to check in and was very personable.
House had most of everything needed. Coffee, sugar, cooking ingredients and everything else we could think of using the week we were there was provided.
We would love to come back to the house when we decide to go to Disneyland again.

In addition to a 5 minute Uber to Disneyland, the house had ALL the amenities: pool, arcade, pool table, foosball, xbox, firepit, hot tub, smart tv, and bunk beds. The house looks updated, especially the kitchen and master bathroom. On top of the amazing house and location, the host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. In addition to timely communication, the host did a couple things personally that I'll just say created some magical moments for our family. Wow. Stay here and you won't regret it, I promise. Thank you for hosting us!
