Very close to all things needed on a Disney trip.

PROS - The location is fantastic! - Quiet neighborhood, I heard the train maybe once and it wasn't loud at all - Love the large couch, pool table, and the POOL and hot tub were fantastic! - Instructions on how to use everything were very helpful - Check-in was EASY! The manager was very helpful and responded quickly - When we first got there the house smelled like trash - BAD. We figured out it was the kitchen sink garbage disposal. We contacted the manager and they sent a maintenance worker within the next 1-2 hours, he cleaned it out and then we had no more smelly issues. CONS: The mattresses are HORRIBLE. Past reviews said the beds were comfortable; I'm going to assume those were NOT the current mattresses. You could feel EVERY spring/coil. Woke up in pain daily. - The photos listed online are pretty old... not sure how old, but the furniture in both the bedrooms (not the bunkbed room) is not the same as what is there now, and is not as nice as what's shown in the photos... that was disappointing. - Also, the property looks more rundown than in the photos. The grass in the front/back yard is mostly dead with weeds and ant piles everywhere. - The hallway bath shower door slider doesn't close all the way, it gets stuck, and the shower floor is VERY slippery - For how much we paid to stay here, which included a cleaning fee, there were WAY too many chores they expected US to do before checking out (laundry, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc.)

Absolutely amazing property and location. We stayed there for four nights after our Disney Cruise experience would highly recommend it. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen was open concept . Pool table Space was great and pool and Jacuzzi were on point would highly recommend. they even have strollers available for rental pack, and play high chairs. Everything you could think of that you would need for all ages of kids. Will definitely be staying again.

We loved our stay at the Babes in Toyland house. Communication with the property management was easy and they always responded quickly. Check in and information for check in was awesome. It is close to Disneyland and is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool and hot tub too. We could have used a few more glasses in the kitchen. We would love to stay here again!

Great home, perfect for our family of four. The host was responsive and so helpful when we had questions. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, and we wish we had the living room couch in our own home. Close enough to Disneyland for a quick Uber/taxi ride. We walked to downtown Disney the first night and while it is absolutely doable, we decided catching a ride was the best bet for us. We were so sad to leave, not just because we would be the Sun and palm trees, but also because the house was so comfortable!!

This was a great home, and a great location. The home was well stopped with everything we needed. And I really appreciate the communication from the property management company. The only thing that was a surprise is there is a homeless camp behind this property and it is super close to the railroad tracks.

It was my adult children plus my teen and three grand daughters. This home was perfect for us. We loved the no shoe rules for inside the house as we do that at home. Home was clean some very small minor things but nothing to complain about. The home is as described we loved it. There are tons of rules I was a little overwhelmed but with this group we just operated as normal and all was fine however my sister her children and grandchildren were also visiting and we were sad they couldn’t stop by as their kids are older easier to travel with but we packed the babies up and went to their home they were renting so it worked out. I would not recommend for traveling with more than 2 teens there are too many restrictions on 10pm quiet time I couldn’t imagine staying in the summer and not being in the pool late or a girls trip. It was perfect for us and our party as we had little ones who didn’t need to be out past 10pm at the home. The check in was perfect so helpful and really responsive absolutely loved it. Thank you for making our holiday comfortable and perfect.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just down the street from Disney. Everything was excellent, would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable property with a great location! I appreciated all the information that was provided and how easy it was to communicate with the Funtierland team whenever I had a question or issue. Responses were speedy and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and spa.

This was our 1st time staying in a house vs. a hotel. It was great home and so convenient to everything we did. The hot tub kept draining on us but someone called us back within 15 minutes to tell us how to fill up. We all had enough room!! We had a pre teen and a toddler and they spent most of their time in the pool when we were there. The 10pm city noise ordinance is enforced that was the only bummer. You can sit out in the patio after 10 if it’s just one person. Will definitely stay there again. Communication and cleanliness was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay while making a family trip to Disneyland. We used the pool/spa multiple times and my kids had a blast. Having access to strollers and puddle floaters for my 4 year old made our trip easier. Less than a 5 minute uber to the park made it easy for us to get there each day. We will be back.

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the extra perks for having a little with us! The strollers, pack and play and high chairs made it so much easier!

Our stay at this house was quite pleasant. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. It was easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk to Disneyland if we wanted, but as it was pouring rain the whole time we drove or took an Uber each day. Our daughter forgot a few items, and the housekeeping team found them right away. We’re still waiting for them to arrive, but they were great to work with. We would definitely book with Funtierland again!

Overall, all 7 of us had a blast in “our” house for 8 days!! Location so convenient, even walking distance for groceries, coffee shops, playground/park. 6-8 min. drive to Disneyland, especially after long days at Park.

This was an amazing place for out 6 day stay with the whole family. Has great play areas for children and adults and the best thing is that with the daily home needs available it made it feel like your at your own home. Definitely recommend this place it is well worth it!

First off, communication with the property managers was always timely and we were able to get in about a half hour prior to check-in. The kids LOVED the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub and seclusion of the backyard. Overall cleanliness was alright; the bedding and bathrooms were clean, but we definitely needed to clean any pans prior to use. Location was great as well as the neighborhood. Things worth noting: the master bed frame was completely broken. I had to use my suitcase to prop up the frame so the mattress wouldn't fall to the floor. The game room wasn't accessible until the last night when I reached out to ask for a code since nothing in the listing worked to unlock the door - turns out there was a new door knob with a new code that wasn't provided. So we unfortunately missed out on that amenity. The bunk beds were very unstable so two of our kids slept on the couch to be safe. Multiple outlets didn't work throughout the house, the dishwasher was missing wheels so pulling it out for use was a hassle, and there were no fans in the bathrooms for when people took showers. Overall, you pay for location and personal pool access, which were both great.

The house is in a great location to be walking distance to the convention center and close enough to the shopping and restaurants nearby. There is a planet fitness 2 blocks away. The house is starting to show its age and is in need of some paint and new furniture but nothing that hindered our stay. The home does back up to train tracks and electrical lines that we didn’t notice and it does go by a couple times a day. Also, up until the last day of our stay, there was a lot of homeless people set up behind the house. The Aneheim police did remove them and cleaned up the area behind the wall in the backyard but it made my family members a little uneasy. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you need and did have coffee/spices for cooking which came in handy. The pool was very nice to relax in.

The property was just as listed: clean, all of the appliances worked, and the bed were very, very comfortable. However, we will not return to stay inside the city of Anaheim every again. The barrage of email warnings from the property manager about the need for absolute adherence to the City quiet hours, the fact that nobody could visit us at the house(not even my cousin who lives in SoCal and we can only see when we visit), the warnings that our vehicle would be towed the second we left the rear bumper an inch overhanging the sidewalk, and the creepy cameras on the exterior of the house made us feel afraid to even walk outside after 10:00PM. Did not matter that the neighbors played loud music one night until after midnight and that they all parked their cars anywhere they wanted. Then there is the City short term rental tax and all the other fees that made the house very expensive to rent. Not to mention the homeless camp just on the other side of the back wall. It was the constant barrage of emails that made us feel unwelcome and so, we won't be back.

The house is a great place to stay for a Disney trip. The pool and spa were great. Lots of space and close to dining and the parks. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect location, 3 Bedrooms covered all of our employees housing and only a 7 min. drive to the convention center. Very nice home pool and hot tub just an added bonus. Will stay here again next time were in Anaheim..

This was an AWESOME location for our travel to Disneyland. This home was beyond our expectations with the exception of a few minor quirks (shower heads need upgrading, tub did not hold water for a bath, water pressure was low , a slip at needed in the hall bath, and the master bath shower did not dispense hot water). Other than that everything was perfect! The beds were so unbelievable comfortable that no one wanted to get up. The pool and the game rooms were an AMAZING lifesaver for my son with autism and my daughter, it kept him and my daughter busy. I highly recommend this location to anyone planning to travel to a Disneyland or for any planned trip to Anaheim. Everyone had a BLAST! We look forward to returning one day. Thank You!

Really wanted to like this place but the only thing we really liked about it was the pool & jacuzzi and the location of the house. The house was okay but on the first night my son got a few bites on his legs which we kinda ignored. Then the next night we saw a few ants on the living room floor but by the last night the night my daughter was staying in had ants crawling all over the floor. It was enough to freak her out and annoy me as I spent most of the night cleaning as much as I can out. Then on top of that with an early check out time of 10am (earliest of any rental place I've been to) with a list of items to do (e.g. take off linens from bed, put towels in wash, take out garbage) it really didn't live up to the experience we wanted and paid for. I had requested a later check out time before we checked in and was denied due to cleaning the place for the next guests which I get but for the price they charge for cleaning, I don't think the guests should have to do as much as was asked.

It’s a great little house in an ideal location if visiting Disneyland. The only downfall is a couple of homeless people are living just outside the backyard fence. They watched us swimming and being in the backyard, which was a little unnerving for the children. But other than that, a great place to stay if going to Disneyland.

Overall, we had a great time at the house. the place was just as advertised, and we had a great time there. Because of weather we were unable to use the pool, but it looked nice and relaxing. Only complaint we had was there was no cable tv access. It looks like the box was removed prior to us being there, but Roku's were on each tv. Other than that, it was a great location, with enough space for us to spread out and enjoy our time together for the holidays.

The overall space and amenities suited our group beautifully. Despite a few small imperfections and some delay in pool heating, the house was comfortable and well appointed. We will happily choose it again if back in the area.

We rented this 3 bedroom home for my 25 yr old and 7 yr old, husband and my self. Our daughter turned 7 and we took her to Disneyland and rented the house because of the pool and jacuzzi. We only used 2 bedrooms but It was large, clean and a lot of space. Negatives - broken microwave handle, broken curtain holder to exit the door to the pool and many aunts in the main bathroom. We were so busy back to back that I did not call the manager or service number provided all but once for the jacuzzi.......they did fixed the next day and we did not have the time to use at all but some advice for you is to make sure the jacuzzi works prior to renting. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxed. I would give this house a 3.5 as it needs some love and care.

Very clean with a great smell upon entry. Great sized home, relaxing and comfortable. An issue with the jacuzzi, but management called a maintenance guy and it was fixed and working our entire stay. Close to stores and freeways.
