Pablo went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. Great location and amenities. Recommend supplying cleaning supplies.

We traveled as a group of 11 ranging from 13- 70+ spanning 3 generation. The location was extremely great and we walked a lot of places. The taqueria place on the corner was perfect for late-night quick meals. The strip at Candodo is a short 10 minute walk as well as the beach. We felt safe, but there is a park up the street that also serves as a police headquarters. We chose to walk the 15 minutes to LA Placita and was a little "less easy" of a trek. The house itself was maintained well and clean. The outdoor area feels luscious and was where the teenagers and adults spent any extra free time. The house manager, Pablo, was available to answer any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house - we were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and very well kept. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was clean. We also loved the location - easy to walk to local restaurants and the beach.

We brought the whole family and had an amazing time. Perfect location to get to any activity on the island. The house had everything we needed with extra space!

This house is nicely situated in Condado on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk to all the day/night life on the strip and the beach, and a lagoon preservation area offering multi watersport rentals available from independent vendors. We were a family of 12, stayed 9 days. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were immediately corrected. Only recommendation for the property it that it needs some TLC, the house could use a deep cleaning, new window shades, new linens, cosmetic repairs to bathroom(s) shower tiles/glass wall, the backyard area could use some tidying (cluttered storage areas visible), outdoor landscaping and pool is a great complement to the property ambiance, although it may need an upgraded filtration system, outdoor grilling area cleaned up, tidy up the laundry room area. I'd remove half of the outdoor table seating by the pool to free up some space. We enjoyed our visit!

The property is a little dated but it is clean, ample and the a/c units keep all areas cool. We will definitively be coming back.

The property itself was filthy, dead roach in fridge, hair, stained sofas, old dirty comforters, dangerous neiborhood, cats everywhere, pool filthy and locked, could not access, we got 100% refund, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it was awful, we left same night went to hotel, family trip 17 planned a year out, this was a PURE DUMP TO SAY THE LEAST!!

This house is nicely situated in Condado on a quiet street, but just a 5 minute walk to all the night life on the strip and near the beach. Home is huge with more than enough space to spread out. 11 of us stayed in the house on a 5 day girls trip. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the TVs wouldn’t connect. They sent someone over someone quickly. The guy was recovering from knee surgery and still took care of us with such patience. Also, they were extremely accommodating on our first day, a few workers were there when we arrived early and they let us drop our bags. On our last day they let us check out late since they didn’t have anyone checking in that day. Only recommendations here are that the house could use a deep cleaning and new linens with people in and out, dirt and dust build up. Overall the house was clean though. Also the backyard area and pool could definitely be cleaned and the pool may need an upgraded filtration system, but it was beautiful out there nonetheless. If you are looking at this house, pull the trigger!!

This stay was beautiful and the linen was fresh however, by night 2 I saw a roach in the dining room and then 2 in the kitchen . The last day we found at huge roach In the bathroom shower and we took a picture of of it in disbelief . If you want to use the backyard just know that you’ll be cleaning it everyday.

I fell in love with this house as soon as I saw the listing. Naturally, I figured it couldn't be that great in person. It was wonderful! We had a group of 10 celebrating 40th birthdays, and it was perfection. The home is beautiful (seems historic?) and the backyard is an oasis - gorgeous plants and trees, a lovely pool with waterfall. Plenty of seating and lighting. The bedrooms are ample and lovely and the kitchen and dining/lounging areas were perfect. (In case you are like me and couldn't tell from the listing, there are only two bedroom areas that share common space - the King and two singles; and a queen and two doubles. These share walk-through areas and bathrooms, but weren't a problem for us.) Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts. They also have a large cooler we took to the beach. We didn't want to leave! We had a very random bee issue while we were there and Karen handled it responsively and to the best of anyone's ability. We hired Chef William through Adan (he manages the rental company's concierge services related to this location), and it was an absolutely wonderful experience having a dinner catered at the house. The appetizers in particular were crazy good. It was great to have an outdoor bar. We didn't want for anything in this house. This house is in such a great location. It was my 2nd trip to the island, and this is walkable to the playita, Condado beach, restaurants, so close to easy stores like CVS and liquor stores, and a quick Uber to Old San Juan and the Super Max grocery store. (About 30 minutes to Costco. PS - you don't need that much TP! Go with a regular size package for a week stay.) I read other reviews that complained about noise issues with neighbors - we never had that problem. We never even saw any neighbors. In fact, a nearby street is apparently a super popular strip for loud car music and outdoor karaoke on Friday nights (and only Friday for some reason?) so if anything, the traffic was much louder than us. Notable, but not very distracting unless you're outside - the walls are so thick in this house!

We stayed 6/2/22. So the property was what is portrayed in pictures but not quite 100%. I want to start with what I liked. Location was amazing, stores, restaurants, & airport all within 10-15 minutes away. Communication with host Karen was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The grilled was an amazing addition for our last night we grilled burgers and hot dogs saving money on eating out with such a large group. Bathrooms were very nice. Each one seemed very modern and fancy. We loved it. Parking was phenomenal, even with only 3 rental cars we were most certain we could have fit 4 if weed needed to. Here are a few things we didn’t know that would’ve been helpful. The chef we booked got canceled. The refund process is about 7-8 days(that’s including the weekend). However the Gentleman who handles that named Adan did make up for it by chauffeuring us to a local restaurant that was really nice with amazing prices, only issue was we had to pay for food ourselves without having been refunded our money yet. He said this was the first time this happened to him so I still recommend booking the chef, Adan is not the property manager. Some rooms can only be reached by walking through other rooms or in some cases walking through a shared bathroom. The pool area and back yard area have a much better appearance online than they do in person. There will be many things floating in the pool such as plant leaves or branches due to the large trees hanging overhead. The outside cushions as well as some select furniture throughout the home could be updated as it appears to have old stains on it. This however did not steer us away from using it but it is an eyesore. Also the washing machine has rust and appears to be old, if I’m looking to clean clothes I don’t want to use a machine that already looks filthy. There is however an additional one just past the door leading to outside. I didn’t try that one but it seemed more cleanly. Not all TVs work, the main one downstairs does though which I felt was most important. We weren’t inside too much anyway. Certain things look a little outdated and the refrigerator leaked from the bottom and we couldn’t figure out why so we simply laid towels down and left them there exchanging them from time to time. The pull out couches had sand on them, which was no big deal we cleaned them off and laid down our own sheets for people who wanted to sleep on them but that is something the host should watch for when hiring cleaners.

The pictures are very deceiving. I had a party of 17 and everyone was complaining about something being wrong in their room..The area around the pool was a absolute mess..my guest didn't even want to eat outside in the back yard for dinner because it was was so trashy. The pool itself was ok if you are ok with swimming with a bunch of leaves because it's surrounded around alot of trees and plants..This wasn't a big deal for me..It looked like the backyard wasn't cared for in months..

The place was neat and clean. It was easily accessible to the local shops, beach and restaurants. The swimming pool was also very nice and our kids enjoyed pretty much every day in it.

Our family group (13)enjoyed this house; plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Quite comfortable. Nice kitchen, large dining area, living room, enough beds for all. Centrally located; easy walk to the beach. WIFI signal could be better. Not strong enough for 2nd fl or patio area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to celebrate my bachelorette party in Puerto Rico but to top it off this house made everything so perfect. Plenty of sleeping rooms for a large group but also plenty of open space for everyone to hang out and enjoy themselves. Karen and Pablo were very responsive and quick if anything was needed. They did everything to ensure our trip was perfect. Adan was amazing! He was our go to for pretty much everything! Where to eat, where to go out at night and to top it off, Adan and the chef made sure we had the BEST catered brunch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

This place is lovely. The hosts were communicative and available. The pool is gorgeous and I would absolutely stay here again. Great location. 10 min walk to the beach, CVS and shops and restaurants

Amazing, the host was on point! The beach is a short walk away. La Placita is walking distance! I hired a chef, THE CHEF WAS AMAZING! So worth it ! We had my sisters bachelorette party here! 20 girls and the rooms are spacious, a lot of bathrooms! Buy toilet paper tho! The pool is so cute! Our host was always making sure we were good and offered to help! I will book again with my family! Had the time of our lives!

Easy to book, big enough for all of us and very comfortable.

We stayed at this villa for 4 nights and 5 days. Communication with Pablo was great and he was nice enough to get us connected with a local transportation company that drove us around during our time there. The driver for that company was very nice and drove us to all our destinations without any issues. The good things about the house itself and our stay there: Enough towels, washer and dryer on site, pool, giant speaker (watch out for the neighbor recording though), AC in each room, 4showers and 5 bathrooms, nice big space/tables for big groups to enjoy a meal (inside and outside), a lot of seating outside The not so good things about the house: While enjoying the pool and patio at the house, the neighbor one night decided to record my group and send a video to the host. The host did not make a big deal about the “loud” noises but my group and I thought the video was a little overboard and definitely invasive. Also, the house is an older european style home and lacks some innovation and updating in their appliances and electronics that are throughout the house, such as TVs, stove, oven (does not work), and refrigerator. The listing also mentioned a chef which we booked for our last night at the house. The food tasted wonderful but the chef and his personnel lacked the manpower to serve our group of 18 in a reasonable amount of time. If you plan to book a chef at this house and assuming the host uses the same chef, be prepared to wait 4 hours between the time of their arrival and the time you’re served your main dish if your group has 18 people or more. The host was also unable to provide my guests and I with the caps/covers for the jacuzzis located in the respective bathrooms so that was a feature we were unable to use. Also, we were not able to enjoy the outside and pool area for our entire booked time there due to the host having a cleaning crew at 8 AM on the final morning of our stay. Last but perhaps most important, THE HOUSE ONLY COMES WITH ONE TOILET PAPER PER BATHROOM AND ONE ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS.

I would not probably want 6 couples in here but a group of some couples, some kids and or friends this is perfect for. There's a lot of nice touches for safety like a gate you can put around the pool and extra doors you can close and lock. The location is probably the best and largest place you can get that close to old town. Has a lot of walkable spots as well as its possible to walk to old town but very easy to get a cab or scooter. The only downside is it seems like some of this property is a bit overgrown at this point and could probably use some serious gardening back to help the health of all the plants and reduce some of the plant debris. This was a fairly small detail noticed of an overall excellent stay.

This house was awesome! We had one issue with the bathroom and Pedro was there immediately! 14 people is what we had brought and we were all comfortable. There is the outdoor area as well as the indoor patio for plenty of space for everyone. Tons of bathrooms, close to the ocean as well. We walked there every night. From the picture it does not appear that you can fit allot of cars in the driveway however we physically fit for vehicles in the drive and closed the gate every night. They have washers and dryers on site as well. I would recommend and stay there again. It was beautiful

In the middle of a pandemic, my family decided to each take a covid-19 test and meet on the island. This was a semi-last minute decision, so when we found this house available on VRBO, we immediately booked it. And we are so happy we did!!!! The property was just great! Any little issue we had (as it is likely to happen in a property of this size) was immediately dealt with by Pablo. As for the house itself, it was just perfect for us! We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to safely spend a magical week with the kids and grandkids and we cannot recommend it enough. Thanks again...!

Beautiful home

First let me say how Pablo called me when I got off the plane. Met the group at the house. We were impressed by his readiness because we were actually earlier than our booking. From the moment we walked into the foyer we began to see how impressive this house really was. As we were walking thru after a few twists and turns we really began to see how spacious this home was. 12 grown men, Some of the larger variety had ample room inside the home to roam. This was before walking out back to a covered porch and a large scenic terrace. Also since we were visiting a restricted situation because of Covid, Karen provided us with a personal chef, who by the way, was one if not the best things about the trip. They were a team of two who catered to our every brunch and dinner need for 6 days which was a very tall order. The house is in a great location with quick highway access and within walking distance to the beach. We had all we needed and more. Bottom line is we would do this trip again if we could get this house. Thanks Karen and Pablo.

We stayed here with a group of old friends and couldn't have been more impressed with the place. Fantastic location, hosts are great to work with, and it is a perfect place to socialize, relax, and have some fun while doing it. Highest recommendation to stay here!

We loved this place! Great neighborhood with access to everything you need in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. Pablo and Karen were always available for questions if needed. You do have to supply your own paper products, which I’ve heard is typical. Plenty of space, towels, and restrooms for everyone. We had 14 people and could’ve comfortably fit more. The house and yard are gorgeous! I would highly recommend this place.

Two families stayed in this house for school vacation. We all had a fantastic time adults and children included. It was comfortable and clean. the pool was refreshing the grill worked perfectly and everyone was in agreement that this was the perfect house in Puerto Rico. We spent a lot of time visiting San Juan, Guavate, Santurce because the house is so centrally located. Not one complaint.

Great place, lots of room inside the house and out back, and in a great neighborhood! Highly recommend!
