I love the fact that it's so close to my business meetings and Fnb City is 300 metres up the road with Seattle Coffee shop in the main square alongside Food Lovers.

A personal preference - I found the bed a tad hard but maybe it's just me.

The apartment space was nice but good for nothing as a result of total darkness in this winter season.

The host (Franklin) lacks good customer working relationship. Apart from the suspected gas explosion that put the apartment in total darkness until now, he knew about it, concealed the truth from the guests and was not challant to provide alternative or show sympathy. Imagine bathing with cold water, TV not working, WiFi not working, room service (towels and others) not in good shape, I can continue listing. He was so comfortable to hide under no refund policy

It is situated in the CBD close to Newtown mall so that was great, near shops, has a gym, nice bath and shower big enough for two people, very quiet, great tv with loads of entertainment, free Wi-Fi, very neat and clean, heater available

The security personnel on duty was very helpful and friendly. My check-in process was easy and hassle free. The view was phenomenal. I will definitely use the place again on my next trip.

There was no microwave, The extra blanket was torn. I could not find the towels and only noticed when I checked out they were in the drybuddy.

The views. The apartment was quite spacious.

There was no hand soap at all. I requested the host politely to provide soap and they said they would but no soap was provided which is something so basic. The stairs within the apartment had broken tiles, the bathroom had poor lighting, there was constant power failure (load shedding) and I had to wait for ages for the lift to come (only one lift was working).
