Friendly helpful staff & comfortable room

the clean room n location

The location is just top! I cannot complain about it. Also the staff is very friendly and prepared to help.

The pressure of water on the fourth floor was terrible, it was impossible to take a shower because water almost didn’t come from tubes … also the room neeeds a bit of love and care and maybe new painting. It would be nice if door didn’t let the shine from the corridor into our eyes, we fixed it with the blanket. I stayed on the second floor before and it was much more comfortable. Once the cleaning service left our window open and we found it at 10 PM, it was freezing outside!

Great location and clean place. The staff was nice and friendly.

Our aircondition didn't work the first nights. A refridgerator would have been really nice to have.

Wifi as if it was completely absent, I couldn't even open my email. Rooms and furniture quite old. Hairdryer very old and unsafe. It used to get visibly incandescent, before automatically switching off after few seconds. Only one towel provided for both face and shower.

The staff were friendly and it’s location was good for my purposes.

The wi-fi connection is atrocious. It isn’t very clean. It’s not worth the rate they ask for at all. Whoever owns it would want to wake up and start putting time and effort into the place.

The location was fantastic for our visit to the royal Albert hall, it was also close to a tube station and the staff were really friendly.

We were really happy with our stay and don’t have any negative criticism

Love the location. Very close to Gloucester Road tube station, which can get you almost anywhere in London, staff are helpful. The room size is big enough for 3 people considering the location. Safe & quiet neighbourhood, Tesco extra is just a block away, and the bus stop is just at the end of the street.

Love everything abt the property, the only setback is that the closest tube station doesn’t have elevator or ramps all the way from platform to entrance level (elevator only half way) so if carrying big luggage or family with toddlers will have problem climbing part of the stairs

Close to the tube

We received a very ugly room on the ground floor but it felt like it was a basement room. Was glad to only sleep one night there. It was very very uncomfortable.

Location was great and near to the tube

We arrived late in the evening so it was dark. The room was fine but the bathroom was not clean, there was an old heater plugged in shoved behind a wooden bedside cabinet that looked like it should be condemned! As I was with a child this was turned off straight away. It was noisy all night and especially from 7am with bangs and things moving around. The staff when we checked out never asked if our stay was ok and just took the card key off me with no words.

Good location, very near the tube station, but still on a quiet street. Had a room away from street, so very quiet. Didn't hear any noises from other guests either. Comfy bed.

Very cold bathroom. Very noisy heater. Wish the hotel had served breakfast, simply because it is nice to go to breakfast room without having to step outdoors, but there are of course places nearby where you can sit down and have breakfast.

Very friendly staff and quiet. Cozy duvet. With coffee and tea facilites.

All together it looks old and not very clean. Bed and pillow was too hard for my taste.

I wish the bed and the pillow are comfy but not. room also bit colder. I stayed here in Oct. Staff was really friendly and super helpful. Location is great just step away from the station. stay here one night and that’s all. average stay but thumbs up to the staff that is super helpful during my stay.
