Es un hotel con mucho encanto. Tienen la amabilidad de ofrecerte una copa de bienvenida en la terraza y de ayudarte con la maleta, tanto para subirla como para bajarla. No sabía que no había ascensor y no soy muy fuerte, así que lo agradecí de verdad. La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno correcto.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel die met alles willen helpen. Heel fijn ook dat we onze bagage een paar dagen konden stallen terwijl wij op een hike waren. De kamers zijn ook mooi en ruim en het ontbijt was goed.

Super freundliches Personal! Bravo! Macht weiter so! Das Hotel ist modern gebaut. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Dachterrasse ist cool mit der schönen Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum.

Perfect location, right at the city center. They had a welcome drink at the rooftop bar with nice city and lake views. The reception staff, Fernandez, was above and beyond. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast was great with the perfect scrambled egg.
Shower box had water leaks and created some mess after that

Simple, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were really nice and accommodating and were able to store our bags while we did the W trek (at no additional cost - other hotels had a charge for this). Very comfy big beds. There is a nice roof terrace.
Breakfast was nothing special and the rooms are small but that didn’t bother us too much for a 1 night stay. There is quite a bit of road noise at night.

Great value and popular hotel, great services, rooftop bar, great breakfast included, also provide tour booking on its website. Bus station is about 2 usd Uber or 1.7 km walk. Room and shower is small, no elevator. Very friendly, Recommend.

great location, lovely staff (especially the woman at reception who’s name we unfortunately didn’t get. she was really helpful when we were planning our visits to Torres del Paine). the rooftop was really nice to go and enjoy the view from.
the breakfasts weren’t great. we only ate on the days we left really early for the national park.

The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Close to everywhere.
The shower is small and water can easily leack.
