Charming rooms, helpful staff

Cosy, comfortable place in central location. We stayed one night begfore going to Torres del Paine, it was a perfect place, good beds, shower, near to restaurants

Great apartment - kitchen well stocked, bed super comfy and is huge, bathroom was clean with a great shower. Loved our stay!

La ubicación

Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba por error atribuido a otro huésped no había camas matrimoniales la nueva habitación habilitaron un colchón uniendo los dos somieres el pomo de ducha estaba roto el sifón perdía la cerradura era un bricolaje increíble Para entrar en los lofts era más que aproximativo no se cerraba correctamente después de entrar. El mantenimiento de la madera exterior era inexistente y no se parecía en nada con las fotos Lo único positivo es la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación

Eigene Küche in super modern eingerichteter kleiner Wohnung - es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstück mit Eiern und co., das man sich selbst zubereiten kann ist top.

Der Preis ist für Südamerika nicht gerade günstig, dafür kriegt man aber auch was für sein Geld. :-)

the kitchen is so nice and meeting all my needs , sofa with sunshine , so convenient to do anything, the landlord is the most thoughtful and nice person as she provides salt, oil, pepper etc stuff so you just need buy your favorite food to start cooking, coffee machine, bread maker, oven….

Apartment was nice with all facilities as described and very central for town restaurants etc. Breakfast is delivered the night before and worked well

We had issue with the electronic key pad to the apartment setting off an alarm at one time. Also there had obviously been a smoker staying at some point and the smell lingered. Otherwise all good

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Gut gefüllte Box für das Frühstück in der Unterkunft. Hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Kochplatten wurden nicht gut warm. Mit schlechter Pfanne war Rührei erst nach 20 Min. fertig.

Alles sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wirklich ein Ort um sich auch an kalten Tagen wohlzufühlen. Wir haben uns die Nacht nach dem W Trek gegönnt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Espectacular, bastante cómodo y acogedor! Tal como se indica en las fotos, los espacios muy bien cuidados y bastante funcionales! Nos dejaban el desayuno (bastante contundente) todas las mañana cuando hacían aseo además de lo esencial en el refrigerador. Muy bien ubicado y todo bastante cómodo!

Muy bien ubicado. Calentito, comodo y acogedor. Amplio. Buen servicio, siempre nos lavaron platos de desayuno y ordenaban la pieza cuando no estabamos.

Very confortable, clean, with a lot of equipments to cook and lots of food for the breakfast. I travelled throughout Chile and this is the best place I got. You get a lot for your money! It is well heated for winter time, even with heated floors in the bathroom and bedroom:)

The idea of the DT Loft is great. It feels like an apartment, looks exactly like on the photo, and location is central and convenient. The tour they have with the tour guide Leonel is amazing, highly recommended.

The first day, by the 7 pm, there was no hot water, it took over 3 hours for the staff to fix it. The cooker didn't operate, was showing Lo, the maintenance came to reset circuit breakers, and it worked for 30 min, then went to Lo mode again, so I couldn't cook breakfast. 24/7 hours Assistance will be through wats app, so if you need a taxi book in advance, Uber didn't come, so I walked to take a taxi from the road. Just plan everything in advance.

Super friendly staff (shout out to the nice lady who brought us fresh breakfast everyday!). Clean, comfortable, warm, hot shower, all the kitchen facilities you need, even some nice condiments etc available. Would recommend it

I would totally recommend staying here. The way the breakfast is stashed in your fridge makes it super easy for all the tours that start really early.

Easy to communicate with, friendly staff and great service

A really nicely designed room, with a kitchen upfront and the bed behind. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom and shower very nice. Whole thing was cute and clean. Kept the breakfast FLOWING in the fridge... If you don't eat it, they'll still give you more the next day.Raw eggs, fruit, meat, cheese, pastries.

Paying to store our bags is a little ridiculous and out of the ordinary for the area. lacked a bit of soul but that's ok, it was clean, comfy, and good value. The kitchen stove is a little low powered. You need to put the heat all the way to high to cook anything.

The owners put in a lot of detail and have a keen eye for design. The unit we stayed in before and after the O-trek was so comfortable and we took advantage of the Nespresso machine (with pods included). The lady who manages the booking and customer service is very helpful and attentive. Great communication!

very good breakfast clean, nice bathroom, big rooms, good kitchen equipment stored our luggage there while we did the W-Trek in Torres el Paine, worked perfectly, we just left the backpacks in the room when we left in the morning and the staff took care of it super friendly and helpful staff absolutely worth the price

A fantastic, cosy property with everything you need! Loved how all the space was used, with a fully equipped kitchen, a huge bed and a great bathroom. Such great value for money. Just what we needed before and after our W trek! What made it exceptional was the incredible staff that worked there. Both times, we arrived early and were able to leave our baggage with no hassle at all. When we returned to check in later, our bags were there ready. We were also able to store our luggage while we were away trekking. When we returned back from the W trek, the receptionist remembered who we were, asked how it all had been and ensured we had everything in our room ready for a smooth check in. Brilliant service!
