they are incorrect, they do not cash in their national currency, only Dollars, since I have my card in Euros they gave it to me as invalid without Funds. I asked them to transform the amount due into the Chilean peso national currency and then collect, to which they tried to extort the 19% more VAT if I pay in their currency. To which I told him that their law says that only foreigners with residence in Chile have to pay 19% VAT, so I didn't pay only what was due as per the Booking contract. Attention you do not have to pay VAT if you are not a resident, inquire before paying.

the property was good but it had a bar opposite of the road which played loud noise till 3am in the morning and you could hear it from the bed room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! they anticipated all our needs in advance and always offered great recommendations. the location on the property was ideally located in the center of town.

The room’s bathroom was less clean than expected when staying at a hotel.

Our hosts were really helpful. When we had a problem Carmen tried to solve it. The hotel is close to restaurants and cafés.

Our room was much smaller than expected. So the following night they gave us a larger room. We could hear loud music from outside. Maybe only at weekends?

location is great! The owner was friendly and gave us great tips and directions for whatever we asked for.

many of the soap and hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel were empty

Great location and lovely feel to this family run hotel. Bed was very comfortable and it was easy check-in/check-out. No fuss and could walk all over town.

Could be cleaner, the spa shower wasn't functioning but it was fine.
