The staff were always keen on helping wherever possible. And they were very accommodating.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and great value for money!
Wish we could have paid for a shower after returning from our hike but reasonable for them not be able to provide this

Nicest place we stayed. Bathroom was beautiful. Nice to have a hot shower with water pressure. Breakfast was great. Bed and room clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful

Great location in town , close to restaurants, they accommodated us for early breakfast - requested due to early tour departure to Torres Del Paine.

perfectly located (within 5-15 minute walk of everything you may need) and the friendliest staff. kept our bags safe in storage while we did the W trek. delicious breakfast and great vibes. definitely stay here!

Unfortunately all our souvenirs from our world trip got thrown away by the cleaning lady, really strange. The hotel manager just offered 10$ as a compensation, which was more or less an insult….

The location was perfect between the shore and the shops. Free parking was definitely a bonus. Breakfast was very good.
