It was quite easy to commute

Me and my daughter could not enjoy our breakfast bcos the restaurant manager Vikas was NOT nice...He needs lots of training...we avoid having breakfast there most of the days...no one wanted to go there...we prefer to pay n have food at java cafe in the same hotel where the staff were nice...and furthermore the window in the room was broken...could not be closed well n it got cold n noisy at night...n there was a hole without cover in the sink in the bathroom...n sometimes it smells...sorry not going to novotel Al barsha again...not a good experience...I wish I chose a better hotel...

Lack of interest, professionalism and courtesy of Hotel Staff and Management. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we requested to check out early but they did not consider our request to refund the balance amount. We have experienced many hotels and never come across this situation. Even recently we requested a hotel refund despite our booking as a (non-refundable) booking but they considered our request. We were not expecting such non-considerate behaviour from such a good hotel chain. Very sad to see this. We will try not to use this hotel.

Mein Zimmer zur Rückseite entzog mich der Autobahn vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig, frisch und groß. Der kurze Weg zur Metro erlaubt die Nutzung des ÖPNV

....alle paar Jahre könnten mal die Fenster geputzt werden....das ist aber eher eine Luxusbemerkung...

Niente vista mare come previsto in prenotazione. Mancava la macchina del caffè in junior suite, l'abbiamo segnalato e ci hanno detto che provvedevano ma non l'hanno fatto.. Piscina tutto il giorno in ombra e con un continuo frastuono che arriva dal traffico sottostante, impossibile rilassarsi un attimo. La pubblicizzano all'ultimo piano ma è falso, è al settimo su oltre 35 piani. Abbiamo fatto notare le incongruenze in reception ma non c'è stata alcuna disponibilità dallo staff. La mia peggiore esperienza di prenotazione su booking.

Great location. Nice coffee shop and restaurant. We had a great deal so really happy with my stay in the hotel but might not have if had to pay full price.

I got an executive room and the only difference was a coffee machine which was not even in the room and got delivered later. The room are a bit tired. Cracked tile, stains on the carpet.

I loved the people especially the lovely ladies in reception and the security who were more than happy to help and very friendly. They took great care of me as I was travelling alone. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helped with my allergy to dairy issues. The people in this hotel are the sweetest and most friendly people I have ever met in a hotel and I have travelled a lot. It is a great atmosphere in this hotel. You feel very much welcomed and lived. I will definitely return but this time with my husband and daughter as the hospitality is the best and now I'm a member.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful special mention to Ms. ANNA NGUYEN thank you for your great services, warm welcome and arranging our complimentary cake for my son birthday surprise cake also to MR. VIKASH or VIVESH (person in the restaurant verifying the room number for our breakfast) for the offering and serving us of your smooth coffee it really taste good. I has no request for assistance was a problem to all the staff in general. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Very decent for a short city break. I was sent to a stinky small room that reeked of stale smoke.. was much smaller than the room I had booked ..there was no mini bar and no nespresso machine. When I asked to be please be given a room like the one I had booked they said they were all booked and they could not accommodate me. However after speaking to several people they finally gave me a room which did not stink was better and bigger and somewhat looked like the pictures they had shown on booking.com. The room also had a nespresso machine but no pods and no drinking water. I tried to ring them but nobody answered for 5 minutes, was so disgusted by that time that just went down to the grocery store and picked up what i needed and was only too happy to check out the next morning :)
