Zimmer klimatisierung könnte besser sein.

Hade tyvärr en operation inbokad kl. 8.00 så jag blev tvungen att avstå frukosten då jag skulle opereras på fastande mage.

Saknade handdukskrokar/torkmöjligheter för blöta handdukar på det rum jag hyrde.

Die Unterkunft liegt super und ist ganz einfach mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Reichaltiges und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Auch der Supermarkt nebenan ist ein plus. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Es war uns tatsächlich etwas zu warm im Zimmer und haben es nicht reguliert bekommen aber es war kein großes Problem

My second stay at this hotel was just as lovely as the first. The staff are helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and bright. The location is right next to a tram stop, which meant an easy and quick connection to almost anywhere you would wish to go! Having late check-out for such a reasonable fee was also a massive bonus, and one that I appreciated a lot. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Stockholm.

Rooms were very good, lovely (Italian) restaurants nearby as well as a good supermarket. Hotel staff were very helpful. Bar area in the hotel had a good atmosphere.

Missing Scrambled eggs for breakfast

Great value for the money. Awesome breakfast. Quiet, well equipped rooms. Social, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby despite it being a huge hotel. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. There is a supermarket nearby if you need anything. The hotel is well connected with the city center with the public transport, but it takes a while to reach some of the sights.

The hotel/motel was spotless. It was RIGHT on a tram stop (across the street) so very convenient for exploring Stockholm with our 7 day rail pass which covered bus, tram, subway and ferry (and would have taken us to and from the airport, but we elected the faster Arlandia Express route). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, although a bit cozy. The beds were supportive (and having a separate duvet from my husband on the connected twins bed kept us from fighting for covers) The blackout curtain was excellent for summer sleeping. Breakfast was an array of juices, cereals, breads, cold meats and cheese, crepes with assorted toppings. Less fruit and hot protein options than some buffets we have seen (had soft boiled eggs but no scrambled or bacon, a minor miss). Our reservation had breakfast not included (price was a reasonable 125 KR/pp). Coffee and tea were provided all hours. The lobby bar was a nice meeting place with tons of seating. The hotel provided luggage storage gratis for our early arrival and late departure which was MUCH appreciated. Also appreciated help with storing some refrigerated medicine and help freezing its travel container for travel.

Would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room (but not sure where it would go...) Would have liked to have laundry facilities available or laundry service available, but were told by reception there were none in the neighborhood and none through the hotel. We found limited laundromats on our searches (wondered where visitors go to do laundry) and settled for hand washing several items.

Excellent. You offer everything I need. And you really do not need “everything”. In my 60 years of travelling in over 40 countries - business and pleasure- I’ve experienced a lot from 5 stars luxury to “under any rating criteria”. As you can see from my ratings I can honestly say that you offer something that is top quality with fair budget value. I am extreme glad I found Motel L for my frequent visits to Stockholm. Thank you!

Too bright colours, especially the wall at the end of the bed was very disturbing.

Breakfast is good! The room is basic but very clean and is a good size. The location is also good, especially with the supermarket and pharamacy in the same building.

Nothing really but take note that breakfast is an addition, not included in the basic room pay.

The price difference (booking vs hotel webpage). I had to pay separately for the breakfast, when I reserved via Booking. And the breakfast was poor for me, no warm dishes.

Nicely decorated, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No shower doors! Imposible to take a shower without water spilling everywere. Way too cold rooms for a stay in stockholm during winter, even with the central heating on and with the portable heater provided by the receptionist.
