we liked most things' staff was very good. food innthe restaurant was good

I was disappointed with no facilities for driver. there was nowhere to take a shower. my driver was showed to a bathroom but there was no bucket or hot water. i will have to go to another hotel where they have facility for drivers.

there should be more options for whom as they have selected the MAP plan.

Location of the hotel is good.

Breakfast was not up to expectation. Service was very bad. Frequency of the refilling was very bad. Many of the items were kept not up to standard. Chair in the room were pathetic, broken and changed 4 times but still unsatisfactory. TV channels were not subscribed and were not happy at all with entertainment program. AC in the lobby was not working. Toilets do not have proper tissues to wipe hands. Overall very bad experience.

Same items repeated next Day. Milk quality was very much different in Corn flakes. Fresh Juice quality was not upto the mark. Food taste was just Okay SERVING TREY LID SHALL BE EASILY OPENABLE. EVERY TREY NEEDS TWO HANDS TO TAKE SERVING

Food taste Every day change in Menu Add fruit verities - Banana, Apple etc - Seasonal fruits Kep add on like chatani near the relevent items. Keep bowls where ever needed.

The staff make this hotel an enjoyable experience! They are all very friendly and happy to help with any requests

Staff require proper training, whether it’s the front desk staff or restaurant. When checking in front desk refused to provide two keys to room when we were a couple saying it’s policy to only provide one key as it’s one room. Restaurant served food with garlic which we had specifically asked them not to. Ordered Pina Colada which was made from ice cream, when complained head chef came to justify his actions by saying this how it’s made in India. They need to learn from their errors rather than justifying any wrong doing.

Room was very clean and staff was very polite. Breakfast was very nice. overall very satisfied.
