The price
The tv wasn’t playing even after reporting on time, nothing was done. In the morning, there was just too noise coming from the reception. There was no hot/warm water from the bathroom sink.

There was no breakfast offered but was not expecting any as it was not mentioned when was doing the booking...the area is not safe especially for some one like me who is not from Jhb

To get the iron is a serious struggle. No cups in room for water and drinks.

I like the fact that the beds were giving comfort and were bigger. I also liked the fact that they reserved the booking for me before paying so that I pay when arriving at the facility.
The staff yoo, the main host was a disaster! The dark slender lady is seemingly a very rude person, she needs a lot of training. She can't smile, she has a bad tone and bad attitude towards guests. If it was not because of other two younger ladies (staff) I would have returned and left the facility at my arrival.
