This was a great location for our family disneyland trip. less then 5 min drive to parking structure, could probably walk in 15-20mins if you wanted to. House has plenty of space, and a bunk room with it's own bathroom for kids. Host was very responsive to any questions/concerns. It is an older house, but has been updated nicely. Would stay again for future trips to Anaheim. You can easily see Disneyland fireworks from the backyard, and Hot Tub area.

Location was really excellent. Close enough to the Disney parks that it was easy to drive or take a rideshare. Well positioned geographically so you're never fighting traffic. Easy to get to grocery stores and other restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was nice, and house is away from major roads, so it's quiet. Owner was responsive and helpful.

This home is ideally located for a short walk or drive to Disneyland. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house had plenty of room for the seven of us. We would certainly choose this unit again!

This was a great place for my family (3 kids 7,4,and 1) and 2 sets of grandparents to stay during our Disney vacation. Knowing we wouldn’t be at the house except breakfast and before bedtime, we didn’t need much. This was soooo close to parking at Disney, and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It’s a bit dated, creamy doors, old oven, etc but It was very clean and functional. It had a crib already set up which was a huge plus. We didn’t use the spa but we did watch the Friday fireworks from the backyard!

We were thrilled to find a location close to Disneyland and the location and neighborhood were great. It was not walking distance for us but very easy to get to the parking garage and take the tram. It had everything that we needed as far as kitchen items and towels, soap etc. We had to learn how to warm up the hot tub, but we figured it out for the 2nd night. It is a little outdated and needs a deep cleaning as mentioned in other reviews. We did have an issue with the sheets having crumbs in the master bedroom and my adult daughter felt like she had sand in her sheets which is kind of disturbing. In addition, some mold is growing in the master bathroom which may be common in CA but not where we are from. Overall it was a nice place to stay, but I don't see how its rating for cleanliness is so high. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was nice because we got soaked from the rain while we were there. We could only get one of the dryers to put off heat but we were grateful to even have one. Easy to check in and out.

We would rate this property at a 2.5-3 star property. The location was fantastic! Definitely an older house but was basically clean. The cookware could use some updating/cleaning. The walls would really benefit from a fresh coat of paint or washing. Nothing fancy but adequate.

The neighborhood was great with the 60’s era homes that had large trees and quiet streets. The layout of the house was nice. It certainly didn’t look that big from the outside. The bedrooms were decent sized and the bunk bed room was really nice and fun for kids. The house was a pretty easy walk to Disneyland, toward the Disneyland Hotel and then around that parking lot right to Downtown Disney. The house was clean but did need some paint touchups and a little mildew in corners and such, although I know that can be hard to keep on top of in a humid area like CA. The hot tub in the backyard was a big hit! It is small, it will fit about 4 adults but we got in it every night and it felt great on our tired bodies! It wasn’t warm that first night but after that it was perfect! The bathrooms are pretty small, however it was very nice to have 3 showers with a lot of adults getting ready at the same time. The beds were great and it was perfect to have the crib in the one bedroom for our married kids with a 2 year old. We really did enjoy our stay.

The house was easy to get to from Disneyland. The house was clean. Showers floor could use a good scrubing. The hot tub we couldn't get it to heat up much. The bed were pretty comfortable. But everyone in our party got sick and when we got back to the house we were so tryed we could have slept anywhere.

House was cozy and located in a quiet area, older house but well maintained.

This home is a perfect location for visiting Disneyland. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cookware. This made it nice for us to have our Thanksgiving dinner. The rooms were perfect for our family, we needed three rooms for adults and one room for kids. The children loved the bunkbeds. The owner was very responsive to our needs. While the house is a bit dated, is was convenient to get to and from Disney and yes you can see the fireworks from the back yard!

Grandchild's first trip to Disneyland. House worked perfectly. Property is well maintained. Short drive to Disneyland. The fireworks were wonderful and a great view from backyard. Backyard is small but adequate. The only drawback is the obnoxious neighbors flood light directly into the back yard and dining area. Light remains on all night and is quite bright. We do plan to return next year. Thank you.

The location of the property was great, the neighborhood felt safe and we got groceries & food delivered. We did not walk to Disneyland (it would have been too long), but a quick drive or uber. The pluses included the number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The driveway was large for up to 4 cars (we only had 1). It was great to have 2 washers and 2 dryers, the kids liked the basketball and foosball in the garage. Also, there was plenty of linens and blankets. The AC was fantastic, since it was still 90 degress when we visited in October. It was great, that there were a few fans to plug in to keep the air moving in the bedrooms, and just something we are used to. The reclining couch was very comfortable. There was also plenty of pots, pans, dishes in the kitchen. There was lots of room for improvement. The place was clean enough, but was overdue for a deep clean. The walls, floors, furniture, bathrooms needed a deep scrub. The walls were in need a of a fresh coat of paint, there were lots of touch up spots on the walls, that just need to be evened out with a coat of paint. The bathrooms were small, but not a big deal, because there were 3 of them. The shower heads were low, so just be prepared to duck. Although everything worked in the kitchen, the stove and oven knobs didnt have any numbers on the dial, they had all worn off. The tv response time was very slow, I dont know if it was because of the internet or older technology on the tv.

This property is located right by Disney, which was awesome. It was a short 5 minute drive! The listing was accurate in describing the home. The house was clean! Which is something I’m very picky about when searching for a place to stay. The host was also very quick to respond to our messages. Our family all had a great stay! I would stay here again. Better than a hotel because we were all together.

This was the perfect spot for my family and I to celebrate my birthday and my graduation. It was conveniently located to everything and seeing the fireworks nightly made me feel like they were specially shot for my celebrations.

my partner and i stayed here while we had three days at disney and the house was a great home base. getting a lyft to disney was very cheap from this residence, and the hot tub was perfect for the achey feet and muscles at the end of a long day

This home is crazy close to Disneyland!! It also has plenty of beds to cover all your family and/or friends!! There is a jacuzzi in the back yard that is a perfect way to relax after a long day at Disneyland!! We had an absolute blast and the communication was so easy and fast with the landlord!!

We had a great time at this home. The home was clean, free of bugs, dust, etc. It’s an older home but very clean. There are cosmetic updates that could be made like painting of the walls but that did not affect the enjoyment we experienced at the home. Great layout and nice backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! So much room, a great place to unwind after a long hot day walking at Disney. Uber was only a short drive, the house was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen had all we needed. tThe kids loved the bunks, and watching the fire works at night! Air conditioner was so effective and a real relief. The garden was neat and a great place to run around, wifi was great- kept up with us and made Uber and web searching. Thank you Vincent, you were so helpful- we’d love to stay with you again.

Perfect for Disney experience 9 dollar uber perfect house for grown up and kids

I really thought twice about posted this because the owner was nice and answered quickly however the property was dirty and old. There was spiders in the rooms. The walls needed painting. The spa cover is old and falling apart. The furnishings are just old and not what it appears online. I think my mom got bed bugs from this house. Anyways, I looks like this property is more to make money and they aren’t really worried about upkeep and how old it is and re modeling it. I never messaged the owner about this because I was so busy all week I was there and this stuff can’t really be changed anyways while we are on the property. Maybe with this review the owner will fix some things and also lower price since it is way too much money for what we got. He was very nice again and responded quickly but we just thought we were gonna get a better cleaner fresher home.

We rented this home for our family trip to Disneyland. It was a fantastic. The layout was perfect. My kids enjoyed it so much. The neighbourhood was quiet. Disneyland was only a short distance away. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Disneyland.

Very close to Disneyland! Great neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean. Easy and timely communication with host. Three bedrooms plus a room with six bunks for kids, plenty of areas to eat. Fenced in back yard and beautiful landscaping. Loved it!

Check in was easy, communication was great. This home is older, with older appliances and small bathrooms. We had plenty of space for our family of five kids. Very close to Disneyland parking structure which made an easy five minute drive to the park. The house has no AC so it was stuffy even with open windows and fans going, be prepared for that in hot summer months. Not fancy, but comfortable and convienient.

We had a great time at this property! The house is very big and can accommodate a lot of people. It's very close to the parks. And the owner is very friendly and answered all my questions quickly. We'd stay here again!

The location was perfect with just a short drive to the Disneyland parking area. The bedrooms were just right for 6 of us with room to spare. We liked having the 3 bathrooms for getting ready. We were able to cook our meals at the house to save on food costs. And there is a grocery store less than a mile away. It is a bit older place with a few lose items but nothing that took away from a good stay. We didn’t get a chance to really use the hot tub with all the rain the days we were there but appreciated that it was available. Vincent was great about communicating with us. Overall our stay was a success.

House was exactly as represented. It’s an older house, so definitely has it’s quirks. Most of the bedrooms have no overhead lights, just lamps. Some of the outlets you have to flip on the switch by the door to get them to work. Didn’t affect our stay, but took us a day or two to figure everything out. Super convenient having laundry on site. The walk to Disney is definitely tolerable. Walking back at night is a little sketchy, but in a larger group was okay. Would stay here again!
