The property was outdated bed awful hard couldn’t sleep , and I did not feel secure staying here
the staff were outstanding however
Went the second mile and were extremely helpful and courteous

Location was quite good for a staycation
The soundproofing was very bad. We were woken up by the noises from other rooms and levels many times throughout the night.

The air conditioning was functioning took a while for cold air circulation but, the entire room did not feel cold despite the lowest temperature setting. Was still able to direct the air conditioning air flow towards

Clean and comfortable and in a great location convenient to NUS, the bus terminal and some shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.
The rooms are very small (no floor space to put my luggage) with nowhere to sit other than the bed. There is no food available on the premises other than a vending machine for snacks.

The location is near to nus
The room is super small, although i booked deluxe room but it doesn’t feel like it is 15 meter square. The room is full of damped smell

There was a rude customer shaming my parents, and the front desk said nothing about remained silent.

Staff was friendly.
It was not the same as per the photos on the website, and there was NO RESTAURANT! In the photos there was a restaurant. So we could not eat and had to walk very far.

Near a bus stop
There was a couple fighting so loudly in the middle of the night and made us really scared.

The place is near the NUS university. The receptionists are friendly.
There is no breakfast. The hotel is too far from the center of the city.

Everything. Smoke smell room, dirty, expensive.

The room was clean and cozy. Shower room was also very clean. Loved the interior of the room. It looked classic!

Beds are nice
Drinking water didn't provided.They said water will be provided on the day of arrival only. I would like to rise complaint over that.

1) i asked for plate and spoon, they dont give
2) no service provided by hotel, everything self service
3) I had many bags, i asked them to help put it up to the room and get it down. No help
4) cleaning happens only every alternate day
5) cleaning they do only at their own time. If im sleeping in the morning, they will knock and wake you up, and if its do not disturb they will not clean only.
6) Bathroom was smelling
7) Cup and small spoon kept in the room was very dirty
8) bedsheet changed only once in 4 days, not clean
9) overall very bad experience

The policies published are not true to the hotel's actual policies. Hotel management were extremely uncooperative in following through with shortening my stay, even given all their policies guaranteeing one could do so. They simply refused to assist at all.
