The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived at the doors. Everything about this hotel was fantastic I cannot fault anything. Perfect location, great dinning and felt very safe. Thank you to all your staff for a great stay.

Es war alles perfekt!

Loved the proximity to the arrivals hall of OR Tambo.After 2 long flights you just want somewhere convenient, comfortable and easy to get to. I overnighted here to and from my holiday in Botswana and the Intercontinental was fabulous in all respects.

Didnt have time for breakfast

The airport is located just outside OR Tambo airport. Literally 5 minutes walk. The staff totally blew us away with their friendliness and hospitality. Ubuntu for certain! Absolutely love this hotel and will come back again and again and again!

Adorei tudo, muito confortável e tudo limpo. Para um hotel com uma rotatividade imensa, é perfeito.

Não gostei do atendimento seco e grosseiro de boa parte dos funcionários, principalmente os funcionários do restaurante.

Efficiënt, luxueus en comfortabel. Als je op doorreis bent vanuit Johannesburg dan is het de ideale locatie. Na een lange vlucht een zeer warm welkom.

In my experience, airport hotels tend to be bland and impersonal. Not this one! The room was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and above all, every member of staff went out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome. The management should be very proud of their team.

I had the most awful meal - steak. But this was deducted from my bill. Previously I ordered this and it was delicious. But was explained that you have a new supplier.

Service at this hotel was exceptional. People were friendly across the board, and they provided practical information about my visit to Joburg. I also loved the location, across from the arrivals level at JNB.

Literally across the street from International Arrivals hall it couldn’t have been more convenient. The room was super comfortable, we had a good dinner too. It’s expensive but worth it for the convenience.

Location excellent! Rooms and facilities beautifully appointed and comfortable. The highlight was the staff - friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
