they got a Starbucks in the lobby, I like the value for money, staff were friendly, the size of standard room was big and the room was clean and tidy, and I like the breakfast buffet.

I didn't like the location, also when I asked for a converter they make me to bought instead of borrowing it that was strange. I face difficulty communicating with room service staff they only talk in Turkish. checking out was not a smooth I had to go to a restaurant to clear my breakfast bill, the system is not connected, that was weird.

staff As we had an early check out, we asked to order a taxi and prepare a breakfast in advance. Then we came to reception, there was nothing done - no taxi, no breakfast. They called for a taxi that was supposed to appear in 15 min and while we were waiting for it, we were offered tea. But then all the staff went outdoors for smoking or chatting and didn’t appear until we left. When we saw a taxi driving, we went out and left no breakfast, no tea, no closed docs for our staying. Awful service!
