Absolutely enjoyed our visit. The pictures provided do not accurately show just how amazing the home really is. Owners were very kind and communicate very well. Anything we felt we needed that was not present they tried to provide. I enjoyed the "instruction manual" to their home. That was a wonderful touch and very thoughtful. Our children enjoyed the leggos provided. Only issue we had was with no garage remote we ended up letting a ton of bugs in often. Had to enter the front door to manually open the garage with wall switch which let more and more bugs in. An attempt WAS made by the owners to provide and replace a remote that went missing from previous renters. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends, family, and colleagues.

Everything was as shown in the listing or better, with no bad surprises. Our host, Joey (perfect host!) was in contact before our arrival and texted to check on us during the stay, asking if there was anything we needed. View is fabulous, and the accommodations were as shown. All appliances worked, the house was very clean. Excellent location, address is easy to see/find, which was important b/c I ordered groceries and other items to be delivered and they arrived with no problems whatsoever. An excellent place and wonderful experience. I have already booked a return to this house in October.

Most attractive space in Shreveport. Loved what you did with the property and renovations. Would love to stay again. Other than a swarm of bugs covering the property 2 nights in a row It was awesome stay. We stayed in most of the time. My Mother Loved every night of it for her 80th birthday staycation present

The six of us loved our extended weekend at this house. It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The view of the lake was amazing. The house was clean and the neighborhood was was safe and beautiful. The only complaint that I heard from our group was that the Wi-Fi was a little weak. We would definitely stay again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The high end appliances and cultural rich decorations were first to catch our eye when we walked in, and the bountiful fishing off of the dock really took everything over the edge. Joey was an amazing host and he went above and beyond anything I ever expected of him. The day we arrived I bet I texted him about 5-10 messages and he quickly responded every time and helped us get settled. We had two families with kids ranging from 7-13. We all comfortably fit in the home, including a cozy movie night on the large sectional. I would suggest discussing room arrangements ahead of arrival if two couples will be staying here. All though the entire house is absolutely beautiful, the master suite is massive and full of luxury amenities that won’t compare to the other rooms by far. Mom tip: If you have never been to Shreveport, there are not a ton of “kid activities.” Before arrival, set the tone with the little ones as far as what your plans are. Going in all of our kids knew this was a fishing/relaxing/board games and family time. They all had a great time and not one kid mentioned they missed their Xbox. We had to practically make them come inside to even eat. You will be so happy if you get the chance to experience this house.

Large and spacious lakefront home. Plenty of room to spread out. All 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which came in handy as well all dressed for a family wedding. The master suite is huge and you feel like your over the water as you look out. We highly recommend this home and would stay there again without hesitation.

Property was big enough for our whole family and the large kitchen and living/dining area were perfect for us to relax and visit. Even had room for the bride's family to hang out for a while after.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay for our family vacation. Super convenient to groceries and necessities as well as quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend.

The house was nice and accommodated all 8 of us nicely. One bedroom closet had books and no place to put clothes. The ovens had to be cleaned before using. The bugs were so bad that it wasn't pleasant sitting on the deck. The toe-kick button for the disposal was a nuisance. Better instructions for the dishwasher would have been nice. The sofa was more of a bed than somewhere to sit. It's very deep. A couple of side chairs would have been nice. We laughed a lot and enjoyed our stay. It was nice. Thanks.

We were coming in from all over the country for a relative’s birthday celebration. Everyone was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the home and setting was. The pictures just didn’t do it justice. Even our local family members were very impressed and were interested in renting the property at some point. We would love to come back again. It was very spacious and well appointed.

This place is the best. Kitchen is a cooks dream. The lake is breathtaking. Nothing better then having our morning coffee sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. Highly highly recommended. Owners were AWESOME

We traveled from various states to vacation with my in-laws. House was great! My favorite part was the kitchen, it is a chef's dream. I will say for the size of the kitchen and the amount of people the house accommodates there could be more/larger cookware and serving pieces but we made due with borrowing some larger pots from family that lived nearby so no big deal. The kids enjoyed the games and having lots of space both inside and out to run around. We didn't catch any fish but we did see some jump out the water and saw some snakes in the water. The neighbors are also lovely & friendly people. Location is also close to anything you may need for your vacation. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. Watching the sunrise over the water from the upper deck was a a great way to start the day! Check in was seamless and host responded to any of our questions promptly. We are already talking about booking here again for next year!

If you like to cook while on vacation, this is the place for you. The kitchen was amazing. Lots of room to hang out and enjoy each others company.

Great house right on the lake. We used the house as our hub for family in town for a memorial. Loved the great room and kitchen layout. Both decks right off the lake make it easy to take in a gorgeous sunset. We rented a boat and jet ski’s at Barron’s Landing a mile and a half down the road. The house was perfect!

As a Shreveport native, I knew this property and view would be exceptional and, I wasn’t wrong. We look forward to using this Vrbo property in the future.

The property was exactly the right atmosphere for leading up to my daughters wedding day. Only wish the weather would of been warmer while we were there to enjoy the lake and do some fishing. TVs in a couple of the bedrooms would of been nice.

Stunning, clean & spacious home! Amazing attention to detail throughout, including Joey’s binder regarding information & instructions on the home. Plenty of parking space. Large well stocked kitchen made cooking with the family fun & it never felt crowded. Enjoyed the peaceful views, including the seasonal pelican feeding & a few other visitors. It was cold during our stay with snow flurries one night, but we still enjoyed fishing from the dock, relaxing on the decks & the fire table…as well as the fireplace inside. This home definitely exceeding our expectations and would recommend it, as well as come back. Thanks Joey!

This home was a perfect oasis after a busy day of packing boxes, moving, unpacking and settling our parents into their new apartment at The Glen. Having traveled from VA, NC & TX we were able to each have our own bedroom with private bathrooms which were all newer and updated. The fireplace in the main area along with the gorgeous lake view was just perfect for an ultimate relaxation destination. The unbelievable master bedroom lake view and bathroom suite could rival any celebrity home! Due to the age of our group we did miss not having additional tv’s in the bedrooms, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The decks were so inviting and gave our parents the opportunity to have an additional space to unwind during this stressful transition time for them. The kitchen was state of the art allowing us to enjoy many meals together. The hosts were prompt in all communication and attentive to all our inquiries. If you are in need of a VRBO in the Shreveport-Bossier area, you need to look no further!
