There were 13 of us staying at this property. It was Amazing! The pool and hot tub were a Huge hit with the grandkids and adults. The house is spacious and functions well for a large group. Alan addressed any issue quickly and efficiently. Can not say enough good things about this experience!

Great location and great for a family

This home and the host’s hospitality cannot be beat. Magical time at Disneyland with the whole family then back home for more family fun including watching the fireworks from the hot tub and pool. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Really great location for a visit to Disney. Less than 5 minute drive to the park, made it easy to do multiple trips in a day. Pool and spa were nice, and house was spacious enough for the 9 of us to never be in each other's way. Alan was very available and responsive if we needed anything. Overall, would stay again if we were doing a trip to Disneyland.

The location of this house is very close to Disney and a key reason we chose it. It had sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for the comfort of our whole family. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. The washer and dryer had to be replaced during our stay but didn't impact us. The Property Manager was great to work with.

2 large tables, one for eating and one for "puzzling" was great. The pool and hot tub made it so fun, for the children especially. The only thing I would add is memory foam toppers for the beds, they were hard. Close proximity to Disneyland was fantastic. Thanks for the stay !

Wonderful home with space for everyone. Loved that there was plenty of parking too! Beds were comfortable and the pool was wonderful to have. Great neighborhood and close to Disneyland, freeway and airport. Will definitely stay again.!

Nice big house to accommodate everyone.

Fantastic property with everything you could need and literally down the road from Disney. I walked to the park entrance in less than 25 minutes but most days we took a 5 minute Uber and meant we could in and out of the parks and enjoy a break back at the house which included a superb pool and spa, warm and enormous and rated by all the family as the best ever in LA. A special call out to Alan who checked in regularly to make sure all was going ok and was adamant we should contact him at any time if any issues at all. On the third evening, a Saturday night, the spa stopped heating so we texted Alan and he was true to his word and the pool guy was there first thing the next morning so an immediate response and it all worked perfectly for the rest of our holiday. Overall a fantastic property and great value for the area when you allow for the location and facilities and passes that key test, we would definitely return!

This house was great for two families and our father as well. The house was clean and Alan was a very responsive host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a group of ten staying in the home for a Disney vacation. We were able to walk easily to and from the parks each day. The house has even more space than the pictures show. The view of fireworks from the pool can't be beat. The kitchen is well stocked, the Keurig was appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Alan was fantastic! He was very communicative and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well at the house. He made our stay even better and was an ideal innkeeper. If I had to nitpick and find a negative, there was some dust bunnies and a couple of areas that his cleaning staff could maybe be a little more diligent. But it was negligible and didn't detract from our overall comfort in the house. Overall, this is a fantastic house with a great location. I'm so glad we stayed here and highly recommend Alan and his home for families looking for a homey place to stay in Orange county.

This accommodation was perfect for our family’s Disney trip! There was ample room for 6 adults and 5 children, and the pool/hot tub were a hit! The home is very well equipped with everything you could think of. Minutes to Disney Land and fireworks from the hot tub every evening. We enjoyed the lemon and orange trees too. The owner was very good to deal with and we would certainly return.

This home was as advertised, with lots of space and all the amenities you need. It was an easy walk to Disneyland (might be a bit of a challenge with real little ones) and we could even watch the fireworks from the hot tub! There is not much for stores or good restaurants nearby (outside of Downtown Disney) but it is quick to get on the major routes to get where you need to go. It's a good location for any activities in the region. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

We were in town with the family, looking to do Disneyland. Location and access made it quite painless everyone million joyed the pool and hot tub.

very spacious, slept 8 with plenty of room. Pool/jacuzzi were great and very clean. house is close to Disney, enjoyed the fireworks from the backyard. Main surfaces/kitchen/bathrooms were clean but house could use a deep clean (window sills, baseboards etc), some wear and tear on the baseboards and trims (some very minor repairs and paint could go a long way). Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property worked out perfect for our large family group. Bedrooms had ample sleeping space, plenty of dining space for our group. Everyone had fun in the backyard, pool and hot tub were great. Pool table and ping pong table were an extra bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is exactly as shown on listing. It had everything we needed. Ours was a family trip to Disneyland. We took a short 10 minute walk to ART bus which transported us to Disneyland and then same route back home. Pool and hot tub were a welcome touch after walking Disneyland all day. Great location. Wonderful communication. We were a family of 10 and we had more than enough room. Spacious back yard and pool area. Plenty of parking. Felt like a home. Large areas to spread out. But when we played family games there was enough room for us to be together. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us staying at this property, but there was plenty of room for more. The home was very spacious. The house was clean and well stocked . We arrived by plane at 1030 in the morning, well before check in time. Alan allowed us to leave our bags in the garage, so we were able to head straight to Downtown Disney. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Disney. At the end of each day, we spent time in the hot tub relaxing, while the kids enjoyed the large pool. We could see the fireworks from the pool area, which began at 930PM each night. After the fireworks we went back in the house and rested up for the next day of activities, which began with walking back to Disneyland at 730AM. The City of Anaheim has established rules for short term rentals, which require "quiet time" hours of 10PM to 9AM. Violations can result in fines to renters and/or property owners. Violation of the rules can result in the property owner losing their permit to operate a short term rental. I have read a lot of complaints on property reviews, however it isn't the fault of the property owner, but a result of the "good neighbor policy" enforced by the City of Anaheim. I can imagine it must be very difficult for the property owners to keep their short term renters happy, while following the rules. Since our focus was Disneyland, we didn't have any issue with being in the house by 10PM, and the morning was spent prepping to head back to Disneyland. Alan was very helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

We just got back from an amazing extended family trip to Disney. This house had tons of amenities, was spacious, close to Disney and in great condition. My kids didn’t want to leave! There are great personal touches that made everyone from my parents to my kids feel at home. Alan was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. The neighborhood was great and my kids actually went trick or treating down the block after their day at the park. All the houses on the block, except one, were super friendly, decorated and excited to see all the kids costumes. The pool and backyard were great and I only wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard space. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants a home away from home while traveling to Disney! Five stars for sure!

The house is very spacious, has a beautiful pool and hot tub. We could watch the fireworks from Disneyland in the backyard. Why we won’t be staying again: -the pictures are not a true reflection of the house. It needs deep cleaning and renovation. In 2 bathrooms the sink faucet handles were completely detached and would come off when trying to turn on and off the water. -my parents who were staying in the master bedroom complained that it took over 10mins to get warm water running in their bathroom. -Couldn’t find basic cleaning supplies like a multipurpose spray to wipe down kitchen surfaces -no extra touches like coffee pods for the keurig -bed was creeky and uncomfortable -husband got bug bites after our first night and continued throughout our 4 night stay. We are taking precautions and praying that we did not bring any critters home!! We will not be back.

When we arrived it was close to 90 degrees in the house, It took all night to cool down and was pretty uncomfortable for sleeping. I dont know why the owners don't go in at least a few hours before guests arrive and turn on the air. The house advertises sleeps 13 but you pay for additional guests over 10 so pay attention to that if you book it as i did not and we paid an additonal 500 with one being a 5 month old infant. We had 12 people and were there for a week of fun. It was in a great location for walking to disney. My grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and game room.

The house was the best part of our stay in California. Proximity to Disneyland can’t be beat. It was nice to get back to the pool and jacuzzi after a hot day at the parks. The house has a lot of space for the kids to play while giving the adults their own space to relax, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Plus! It was nice to view the Disney fireworks every night! Would def stay here again.

This property has a great set up for a multi-family vacation. It’s very spacious and includes everything needed for a great family vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped even including 2 choices of coffee makers, a blender, toaster oven, etc. There are 2 dining room tables allowing for a ton of space for larger groups. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and are spacious. Lots of hand soap, shampoo and body wash provided. The outdoor space is where this place really shines with a huge backyard and AMAZING pool and hot tub area. There is also a large driveway for parking. The check in process was very smooth. Unfortunately, however, we had some issues with the cleanliness of the house. Our children found a vaping device tip in the toys/books in one of the kids rooms, we also found some dishes with dried food stuck on them and some other areas of the bathrooms and kitchen that were in need of a wipe down. The dishwasher also was not working properly as dishes do not come out clean and many items in the kitchen are worn out and/or stained and in need of replacement. Overall a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time on our Disneyland vacation and this home was perdext for our family of 11. The home had olenty of bedrooms and watching the fireworks from the hot tub each night was amazing.

This is a great property. Watching the fireworks from the saltwater pool was amazing. The owner was very responsive. The caveat is this, it is not a mobility-challenged friendly property. When we booked, my mother-in-law was not living with us so I didn't check mobility. All bedrooms are upstairs and there are stairs from the kitchen/dining room down to the living room. Probably not the best for elderly travelers or toddlers.
