Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially for foreign visitors. Nice, clean and quiet room. Plumbing that works and plenty of hot water. Housekeeping staff will change towels and clean room every day if you want. The guesthouse is in a handy location, just a short walk from the middle of town and bus stand. Best place I've stayed in India.

Staff/owners? are amazingly friendly & helpful, going out of their way to help with any requests. The location is good, a short walk to the beach & plenty of bars (alcoholic) nearby. Although there are excellent reviews & the costs are very low, as a foreigner I would prefer to pay more for better accommodation, it’s true you get what you paid for. The rooms are really small & bathrooms too basic for me, however ac & fan were available. Outside dining is pleasant in a small garden area & meals very cheap. They even organised my laundry which was so cheap! I feel bad giving such a low rating, it’s just for the benefit of fussy foreigners like me.

Room was a little small

It was at a great location and the ambience inside was great. The staff were very kind and answered every question with patience. The hangout area was perfect and filled with greenery. The food was delicious and affordable - the best part.

If they had dinner it would have been a great experience but anyways I got to go to some of the authentic portuguese restaurants around. The room was very small, which wasn't the problem but going across the bed for using the washroom was a task.

I’m so glad I booked this accommodation. My room was spotlessly clean and,unlike a lot of budget hotels in India, had hot water! The managers have worked in the UK, so understand what is needed to welcome both Indian and foreign guests. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were very rude and rooms are like pigeonholes with stinking bathroom. Completly wasted my money. Not worth at all. No kitchen. Very disgusting bathroom with extremely unbearable bad odor.
