The lady I spoke to on the phone was warm, an d she and other staffs were polite and welcoming.
My room was nice and clean.
The wash bowl in the bathroom did not work

Environment is serene and quiet just as I like.
They really need to do something about maintaining their property. Everything in the bathroom was leaky . The other room had a sink in the main room instead of the bathroom. And the prices weren’t friendly for such small rooms.
Sometimes water wouldn’t run.. could have been a one off

Very clean environment. Good food and amiable staff.
Electricity is a mess. I was sweating at night when the A/C went off. No A/C all night . The gen only works for the bulb.

Lovely and welcoming staff. Good breakfast and a nice well looked after space. The mattress was cozy and the sheets clean. Very friendly manager who was ever smiling 😃
The location is congested and noisy. Also, there was a party happening along the streets that made the noise even louder. Furthermore, i didn't get WIFI all through my stay which was a downside.

The Location is wonderful, quiet , void of street noise. the staffs are wonderful

First is their Staff, they are doing A Great Job and have Good Manner of Approach, at first I wasn't very okay with my Room but later got comfortable and it was really nice , although I didn't get the Free WiFi service but I did get the Free Breakfast service.. I do think they need some upgrade on some of their Facilities like the TV and some other stuff.. Overall I don't Regret going there.
First is the fact that Booking.com deducted more than the amount from my Account, it was supposed to be 34,300 but 38,000 plus was deducted from my account and I don't know who to complain to...

The location. Quiet and serene. The staffs are responsive. The WiFi was very good too.
The sockets are broken. No foot mat in the room.

The staff are amazing! From the nice lady at reception to room service to the porter,the bathroom was a pleasant surprise,it had this huge bathtub that I'm sad to say I never got the chance to use,hopefully next time
