Not bad

The management is very poor they asked me to have a breakfast and I told them I didn’t have breakfast including and the manager said that he will offer it to me, and when I checkout they charged for breakfast & water bottles. After inquiring about the breakfast and the water bottles they said that they have changed. And they can give me a 10% discount for the breakfast 20 rupees. But I rejected the 20 rupees discount and I paid the full amount.

Big room

AWFUL SERVICE. I ordered food at 8:15pm, food didn’t arrive until 9:30pm and it was a pasta salad! After calling numerous times to the receptionist food took over an hour to come. As I have food intolerances and allergies I had specifically told them to not add certain things and the order came incorrect after an hour. I asked for it to be sent back and it to be redone and by 10pm I still did not have my food. Ali the supposed manager, was awful and argumentative. He constantly kept messaging me on WhatsApp and calling me when I clearly told him that I do not wish to be disturbed and he even said “I will come to your room” - not what you expect to hear as a solo travelling woman! Towels are dirty and worn out, hand towels not give half the time. Staff calling Rikshaws for me were bumping up the prices with the drivers as I was foreign. Truly a disaster and definitely not a 4 star hotel!
