- The family room was kind of small but overall it's a good value and great choice for a big group of friends. - Front desk was really friendly and helpful. - Hotel has 24hr gym and restaurant/bar on the ground floor that operates til late :) - Breakfast was good and we all really enjoyed it every morning! - Amazing location - 1 min walk to the shopping mall, 5 min to the train station.

The shower in my room was kind of broken, making the hot water feels like room temperature water. It was already cold when I visited Stockholm (around 6-12 Celsius degrees at night & in the morning) making every shower I took quite unpleasant. We told the front desk about it on the first night (Saturday), and they sent the technician on Monday morning which is understandable as they don't work on the weekend. They fixed the hot water eventually but that was the last night we stayed at the hotel.

Great location, easy access to public transportation subway and bus station. Grocery store near by, such as a small shopping mall. Good breakfast, many options of food and drinks. Kind and helpful staff.

Our room didn't have a minifridge even though the designated space was there. No ice buckets for the rooms either, only cups filled with ice, and it was annoying to go down to the lobby every time to get more, because in our room didn't had a telephone to the reception either.

När vi kom var rummet inte städat. Dammråttor på golvet, bäddsoffan inte iordninggjord , där låg kolor kvar i den från föregående gäst, handdukar till 2 personer när vi bokat för 4. När vi kom till rummet andra kvällen var det inte iordninggjort. När vi påpekade det, kl.20.45, fick vi besked om att det ska man be om. Det hade vi inte fått någon information om. Vi fick till svar att ” vi skickar genast upp någon som bäddar”. Kl.22.10 kom det en man. Då sov våra barnbarn!!!! FÖR SENT! När vi visade vår besvikelse vdi utcheckning fick vi 2 frukost voucher som kompensation. INTE OKEY!!

De comfort van de kamer was slecht. Bedden waren niet goed waardoor ik een slechte nachtrust heb gehad.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Lobby. Immer etwas los, gutes Frühstück und trotz vieler Gäste für jeden ein Platz vorhanden und keine Warteschlangen.

Man konnte die Fenster nicht mal kippen, alkoholfreier Cocktail etwas zu teuer, von drei gebuchten Räumen einer mit Badewanne anstatt Dusche.
