Lovely breakfast

Perfect for what we required. Good size rooms, comfy bed, tv and shower room. Breakfast was the highlight, before a busy day ahead. We would stay again.

Jamie was excellent he went the extra mile we can't folt the stay at all

Nothing wrong at all

it’s a beautiful property and plenty of parking. lovely host and he does a brilliant breakfast. sets you up for the day. comfy beds.lovely bedding and pillows.

the shower/toilet room is cold. hard to strip off to use. the window in there seems to be broken and cold air blows through the frame.everything else is absolutely lovely.

Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and clean facilities. Stayed here for graduation and was perfect for my family. Would highly recommend.

This guest house is situated right next to a major road with a railway at the back and in view of the flight path to Birmingham airport. We booked a larger room which is on the upper floor accessible by stairs. The room is under the roof with limited headroom in places. Breakfast was very good and our host was very amenable. The large double bed was rather too soft but the single beds were more firm.

The noise from the road, railway and flight path was excessive and unpleasant.

simple, decent breakfast, good value

tricky to turn in off the dual carriageway, the instruction second left past the garden centre, slow down otherwise you will mis the turn.

The breakfast was okay…plenty of food on the plate and it was served quickly. However, I personally would have preferred less and better quality.

I didn’t like the idea the accessories to go with your breakfast were all in plastic single serve portions. The gardens to the back of the B&B were well kept and beautiful. I found the interior to be a tad tired and maybe needing a little TLC. We shared our breakfast experience with competition fishermen and my thoughts were perhaps this is what

Bed

Had to travel for work snd as a single female can be intimidating.. well all I can say is I felt at home the moment I arrived .. the room was immaculate. The WiFi works no messing around with logging in and providing all you personal life details.. I just loved it. The only minor downside was the coffee machine wasn’t working a few people tried to get it working and I feel mean even mentioning it but I was glad I’d taken a few sort drinks of my own .. the breaks fast was fab absolutely lovely and the host was super friendly but without being overboard.. would I stay again? Absolutely unconditionally … without hesitation. It was just what I wanted .. private / quiet / clean fabulous value for money.

I just wanted a cup of tea on arrival but it probably did me good to have a night off from my caffeine addiction!

Haymills guest house is a lovely property with a beautiful garden, even though it’s located on the main road we wasn’t disturbed at all. The bed was really comfy and the full English was really nice we’d definitely stay again if we’re travelling to the area.

Nothing all good

Very well presented, peaceful house, with lots of accessible room - lovely spacious reception, big sitting room with fancy smart TV (couldn't figure out how to use it), lovely and well supplied kitchen. Plenty of good parking. I was in tiny single room which had everything I could need. I do think the few extra £ for an upgrade might have been worthwhile, but I was due to arrive late and leave early, so only needed basic. My room was at the front of the house, but there was very little traffic noise. Temperature was just right (I usually find rooms far too hot). Plenty to eat for breakfast in a lovely dining room. My host was very pleasant, went out of his way to please and had thought of everything, which is very commendable. Thank you so much - you will see me again!

Instructions for smart TV needed for those who are not so lucky. The bed was OK, but the springs a bit chatty!

Bed very comfortable and a good night's sleep with no outside noise

Rooms a bit noisy, you can hear the comings and goings of other guests so if you had noisy neighbours it could be unpleasant.
