Got lucky to get the top floor, most cornered room with sea view. Resort also accommodated to my twin bed request and overall, we had a pleasant stay there. Thank you so much, Batam View! Will visit again with my family next 🤟🏼

On the third day, we found a lizard near the clothes rack but understandable since our room is located close to the staircase but nonetheless, everything else was great.

Overall was a good experience. Staffs were polite, friendly and accomodating. Thanks.

Maybe due to being sold out and higher guest number, request for housekeeping(make up room) was not done. Were apologetic regarding this but could be better.

Conveniently located near Nongsa Ferry Terminal (5-8 mins by free shuttle bus provided by property), this property is value for money. However breakfast spread is limited not that great, other than pool table and dart no other games available since property have many areas under renovation. Swimming pool is fun, you can take some beers in the corner and enjoy the sun in the pool and get tanned ;) Kelong Seafood restaurant is amazing, its a must go! My fav was Garlic butter prawn and Spicy Sea bass! The view from the restaurant is beautiful just go in the evening around 5, enjoy some cocktails while watching beautiful sunset, its mesmerizing!

Their private beach is disappointing. Breakfast was not great too, but not bad as well :D

The location with its sea view, and the space that the resort has were great. However, the restaurants were both awful, service was poor and food average, at best. Tables were left sitting dirty all day and we waited on average 50 minutes for each dish. The kitchen constantly ran out of items. We had high tea in one of the restaurants for 2 adults and 2 chn, staff were unable to swap the tea/coffee for a suitable drink for our kids, and even refused to swap for water! Decor in restaurants tired and dated. I was told I was unable to buy a glass of wine in the main restaurant- and it would have to be a bottle- despite being sold a glass of wine earlier in the day. Had to ask several times before they agreed to serve me a glass. We ended up eating in the resort next door, Montigo, instead. On arrival, our room was missing kids beds and our 'complimentary mini-bar' as part of our suite turned out to be 2 bottles of water daily. Our room was left uncleaned and we had to call house keeping several times to chase up. When the room was cleaned, cups were not washed or replaced with clean ones. Disappointed that the pool charge $5 SGD hire fee, for kids to play with pool floaties.

Nice place to chill out with no noise pollution.

No availability of taxi or rental cars to travel to city.
