Credit card not needed .. late arrival and departure accepted .. location is good ..

There was only a small refrigerator and electric kettle .. no supplies / minibar was provided .. the cafeteria in the hotel remained closed throughout so there was no arrangement of even coffee/tea .. the beat mode of transport to and from Haram was a cab .. took 20 to 30 Riyals each way ..

Calm neighborhood, with a couple of assorted restaurants nearby, taxis to Haram readily available, helpful staff. clean bed. A basic clean bed to sleep with almost no other facilities.

No concierge, no room service, no utility shop as announced, narrow un-shielded showering foot-bath. Receptionist was eating "sahour" when I arrived not caring for my delay. Credit card machine was out of order, so I had to pay in cash, which was rather inconvenient. Shuttle to Haram, as announced, not existing. Although the hotel did there basic job as a place to sleep, yet many announcements on Booking.com are false, just to catch guests. Hope these announcements are removed.

Nothing. This was the worst trip of my entire career.

Everything. Carpets were so dirty and smoke burnt were all around. Refrigerators were hard to open as the doors were stuck with carpets. Keys were not working properly and reception will force you to pay cash instead of card.
