Comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location

My room key kept deactiving could use an extra shelf in bathroom to keep toiletries

The location was great, the room was clean and the staff were especially friendly who went above and beyond for us.

1. Elevators, old elevators that are very slow 2. The door card sensor, not working at all as it should be 3. Breakfast, in my entire life, I’ve never seen such a loss of time in order to get the breakfast. There is one or 2 persona serving you, in order to sit at your table with the breakfast you need to wait at least 7-10 minutes. They are counting every slice of bread, cheese and ham. They ask you, do you want ham and cheese ? You say yes, then the guy from the kitchen pulls out a plate, unwrap it and gives you 1 slice and then wraps it again and put it back. It is very funny and annoying in the same time because if you have 2-3 persons in front of you, most probably you will leave.

Location very good, only a 10 minute walk to the tourist attractions e.g. cemetery. Wifi in room was good. Good value for money. Staff tried to be helpful.

Definitely not a 3☆ hotel. I would rate it 2☆. Only 2 receptionists spoke English, rest of staff not at all. Weird arrangements for breakfast - no self service buffet. One has to queue and be served at the breakfast counter and none of the servers understood English which was difficult. Plus at busy times the queueing was 5 minutes or more. Carpet in my room was filthy - got dirty feet soles walking from the shower to the bed - not good. The sink handle was broken. The worst thing was anti-bug powder sprinkled along the carpet borders and around the room door - not inspiring.

Location was great, the room was quite comfy for us. Very helpful receptionist who met us on check in.

Bed linen was definitely not fresh on one of the beds, and that is shame. Getting breakfast in the morning was very complicated: one have to queue to the strand and ask the staff to place the items on your tray. A lot of things you can get were actually hidden, and staff barely speak English, so getting a breakfast took us like 20 minutes. Very inconvenient.

Absolutely rude behaviour of the receptionist charging aus 50÷ more for our booking and a worse room because we arrived early and although they had told us that they would try to make an early check in possible for us.

All Great very nice staff, Clean 👌🏻 The only thing that broke my heart ist that at breakfast every little thing was portioned in small disposal plastic boxes. Too much unnecessary waste. Everything else, was Super.

When we arrived, the front desk receptionist was super rude. You aren't allowed to eat or take any food at the room. Breakfast is terrible. Ripped towels in the bathroom, all stained. Bed sheets also ripped/stained. The bathroom leaks water in the floor. Not coming back at all. The hotel looks so much better in the internet than real life.
