The initial location was changed after I made my booking, they refer me to their sub branch which is choice 111

The bathroom heater wasn’t working, anything I had my bath the room get flooded because the bathroom sliding door is spoilt

Parking space was available

The service was very poor. My room (Angel) AC wasn't working and they could not give me any alternative. I was bitten by mosquitoes and could not sleep the whole night even the fan that was later brought in was blowing hot air

the personnel were top notch... nothing to complain

-The room, the wall paint was peeling off it gets disgusting when you focus on it. -plenty mosquitos The toilet is super tiny and will be cramped if shower curtains were used hence the floor gets flooded and it lacks any drain

The receptionist was respectful and friendly

At some point they put off the gen and the whole room was so hot, At night mosquitoes bit the living hell out of me

The bathroom has no bath curtains

There television channels are centrally controlled

No break fast for me

Pls work on ur AIRCON and water heater

There was no light in the hotel till evening

I booked Chantellia suite at allen lane off allen avenue ikeja, Lagos. i was called before i left Abuja for confirmation and when i landed, i called the same number confirming my arrival time to be 3:30pm. on arrival, i was told that all rooms had been taken despite booking online and calling severally to confirm arrival. the staff told me to pay at allen lane and transport myself to an unknown location at community road for the other facility. i however refused to pay as it sounded funny. on getting to community road, i paid for two days, and lodged. on leaving my room on 28/03/2023, i secured my things and dropped my keys for home keeping by 7am in the morning. on returning by 2:30pm in the afternoon, my room was uncleaned even the plate i used for dinner the previous evening was still on the table. i was both angry and sad as this is the worst service i have seen in my life
