Everything was amazing about this hotel .The staff was brilliant from the front desk , housekeeping, bellboys and restaurant staff.The breakfast was amazing in terms of food variety and the way it was presented.
I was offered early check in and later on room upgrade overlooking the famous fountain.
Justin at the front desk was amazing guy .He was so helpful throughout my stay.He made my stay so easy and enjoyable.I would also like to thank Peter a housekeeping manager who was really amazing guy who kept regularly checking to make sure that everything was okay and if I needed any help with anything.I would also like to mention Supun the bellboy who was so helpful and was available to assist anytime he was around
I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Dubai

The receptionist DINA is really amazing she’s is really the right person in the right place . She didn’t wait for any request she did everything the guest needs or should have by herself. Thank you Dina you are amazing I really believe that amazing staff is very important because they add more value to the 5 stars hotels.

الموظفين متعاونين وخاصة التونسي بالاستقبال نسيت اسمه ومديرهم جدا محترم
لايصلح للخليجين فالغرف بدون تهويه ولا بلكونه ومدخل الفندق لدبي مول سي تحتاج تنزل القبو وتستخدم أبواب وممرات ضيقة (دهاليز) وتمشي واجد للمول .. ولكن الفندق يصلح جدا للأشقاء من الجنسية الهنديه فمطعم اماني هندي وأكثر النزلاء من الجنسيه الهنديه وعند مدخل الأوتيل نأيت كلوب هندي يقفون عند باب الأوتيل لوقت متاخر

Creia que el hotel ocupaba pisos mas arriba dentro del Burj Khalifa, pero en realidad esta en los pisos bajos (3 al 9) y tiene dos pisos mas arriba (38 y 39)

And they said I have to check out at 12pm

The stuff was rude and they didn’t give my money back even after he said that the place is very dirty and it has a smell and they said they will give us the money. They will refund us and no one will refund us and now we almost in two weeks since what happened.

everything was ok and it should be if we are talking about Armani , you should not be unhappy!
what I didn’t like and upset me the most that after I checked out I forgot my shampoo and the conditioner which is a medical one not a normal one and when I called them and asked them to keep it for me they said that they couldn’t find it !!
once I stayed at kempinski and I forgot my shawl which I totally forget about it but after 2 months I stayed again in the hotel and I was surprised that it was there and they saved it for me .
I guess that what make the difference between the 5 stars hotels , the caring !!
