West Jefferson is a clean and fun area to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little house. It was our first getaway as a couple and our first Stomp & Brew Festival, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! The location is perfect for downtown events and even includes amazing views of Mount Jefferson! Thank you so much for making this weekend even more special than expected.

The home was nice and perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Appliances worked well and there were more than enough towels, face cloths and blankets.

Good location and had everything we needed. Park across the street was a plus for the kids.

We were visiting family in the area and it was absolutely lovely. We choose it for the closeness to the park. Wonderful stay!

Great place and close to town

House was clean and supplies ( coffee, paper towels etc…) available. Layout of cottage and kitchen equipment and dishes thoughtfully provided. Sofa in front room and mattress needs updating soon!

This property was exactly what my family needed for our long weekend in WJ. Everything from the host to the location couldn't have been better and exceeded expectations. Looking forward to returning asap!

This property is tucked perfectly in the town. The house is cozy and has a kitchen with all the tools needed to make a dinner, but is also located near lots of local restaurants.

This was our third time staying at this beautiful home and will stay again. Walking distance from downtown, quiet, and cozy! Property owner is quick to respond to any questions and very easy to deal with! I highly recommend staying here while in West Jefferson.

Hands down THE best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! Owner, James, was an excellent communicator. He provided a helpful list of local restaurants with descriptions of food offerings, activities in proximity to the home and surrounding area, and left concise instructions at the home for everything, always including his cell phone number in case it was needed. The home was IMMACULATE and perfectly decorated! Best-stocked kitchen and household items in general that you can imagine. Clearly, James is an owner who takes pride in his property and sharing it with others. Wonderful accommodations.

This place was just as pictured, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It is well stocked and has everything you need for a home away from home. James was an awesome host who communicated and made sure we got everything we needed from our initial booking to check in. He even allowed us to check in earlier since we got in town earlier than expected. House is within walking distance from town and is not far from many trout rivers and creeks, which was primarily one reason why we chose this house, but it exceeded our expectations. James went above and beyond to accommodate us during the winter weather we experienced while we were here. As my husband said to me, “We will ALWAYS rent from him as a first choice.” The house is lovely. We had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! I can’t wait to visit again soon!

My wife and I enjoyed a nice, relaxing weekend in this downtown West Jefferson cottage. It's extremely convenient to downtown that made walking to shops and restaurants very easy.

We loved the location of this property! Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and the park across the street were perfect for our family. The size of the home is great for a family of 4. We weren’t there for long so didn’t cook any meals, but there were plenty of dishes and silverware to use!

We rented this home for thanksgiving while in town visiting family. The property was well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.

My family of 4 had a wonderful weekend stay. We've been visiting West Jefferson for years, and the location of this house can't be beat. It was an easy walk to downtown West Jefferson, and the kids loved being right across the street from the park. They're already asking when we can visit again. The house was extremely clean and looks just like it does in the pictures. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, and hope to stay here again.

Just keep in mind for those with mobility issues, being in the mountains, the walk is not flat. If not walking it is a very quick drive with lots of parking in town. Our teen daughters enjoyed our old favorite park right across the street and we were happy to find a basketball in the house as we had forgotten ours. The house itself is updated and was spotless which I appreciate so much. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable as well. Will definitely plan to book again!

The house was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable and a short stroll to downtown West Jefferson. Bed and couch were great. Will definitely book again next time we’re in town.

We enjoyed this comfortable rental very much due to a convenient location and the green space views of Mt. Jefferson, the city park and cemetery from the sofa! Due to the pandemic, we chose to prepare all our meals in the spacious kitchen. The park was a great place for an evening stroll (and swing) after dinner. We brought our own kayaks and used Zaloos for our shuttle needs. The owner's communication was great prior to and after our arrival and I have no doubt we will stay here again in the future while continuing to search for vacation property.
