1 nite, everything in the room was shipshape. Loved to English breakfast tea K-cup.....nice change from coffee.

The room was fine, bed was good, coffee in the room (but never enough cream), except the noise from the heating/colling system was extremely squeaky and loud. There were no other rooms available to switch to since it was booked full. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Smelled like cigarettes. Could see staff while swimming smoking right outside. Having bar right in checkin area made a really noisy check in. Wish it was in a separate room. Hallway to our room smelt like trash

The staff were excellent always willing to help. The room was amazing. The only thing I would suggest would be more than one small trash can in the room. We did enjoy staying there.

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds as I was traveling with 4 people.. and 23 for a room with 2 full beds .. sleeping wasn't the best as the beds lacked the room I paid for.

The location is great. Shuttle to the airport is great. But please!! Update the entire building. It is so outdated. Chunks of paint off the walls. It’s so DARK! Only one table in the Bistro. It’s time guys!

The hotel was good. The people were nice. It was convenient for us as the airport was very close. We went for a graduation, so it worked. It was also great having restaurants near by.

This hotel gave us a great, comfortable & relaxing start to our trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rom was very modern/chic and bed & pillows VERY comfortable.
Also, the cost for overnight parking is reasonable. Shuttle was a huge plus! We’d stay here again if e fly from Manchester.

I had a room that overlooked the generators. I had a climate control system that sounded like a jet engine. They did comp first number. I was so tired next day I left for another hotel in the afternoon. They can keep the nights stay. Been staying at Courtyards and others across Marriott chain for 25 years and this was by far the worst.
