Moving across the country and it was great to have a nice place to sleep and have breakfast.

Room 218 couch was tore and old looking, pool water is way to cold other then that staff was great.

It was convenient and rooms were priced ok

I loved my stay there and would be visiting in the near future

The hotel was nice. The ice machine on the floor we were on either didn’t work, but there was ice available in the lobby. The staff was friendly and polite. The pool area was tidy.

I enjoyed everything about this property. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only suggestions I have are: put bigger towels out for the pool and install a pool warmer. Having a hot tub avaliable is not a good excuse.

The 4 th floor is full of mold

Ok, first of all, the room is NICE. We decided to stay another day and contacted the front desk to get our room cleaned, especially the headboard. Well, the young lady came and cleaned and cleaned the room as if she was getting it ready for the President of the United States. Needless to say, I am impressed. If I should ever return to Shreveport Louisiana, I will definitely be staying here again. I paid $127.00 the first night and $120.00 dollars the second night. I tell you the prices because I got a great room at a bargain!

Amazing place to stay the front desk lady that was on nice was very friendly and helpful

I had one of my haul drivers running out of hours and none of the other hotels would help me. Called this hotel and they got me a room and also offered a place for him to park is truck and trailer. Talked to my driver the next morning and he said the entire staff was very friendly.

We had 2 rooms booked but only used one as the second we opened the first one, we were hit in the face with a sewage moldy smell. Immediately shut the door and went to the other room. Would have called down but it was nearly midnight and we were exhausted. There was missing furniture in our room and random stains on walls. The bedding was dirty. Just overall not a great experience. We left early without even asking for a refund…it was that bad.

First thing is I specifically booked my room on Kings hwy in the medical district because I had an appointment with my doctor. When I got 2 or 3 miles from Shreveport it changed the property from Kings hwy to pines St. The room I booked was a 133.00 room, the place we stayed was a 22.oo facility. There was no garden tub, no wine, the pool and the hot tub water was way off pH levels. The hot tub plaster is worn down to the Sand mix and both me and my wife have strawberry on the bottom of our feet. The air conditioner did not Cool our room and when it stopped we got "Dead Silence" no fan no nothing. We were celebrating our 12th anniversary together and it turned out to be something of a bad experience. The room I booked was supposed to have a garden tub in room, wine, ect. It looked really nice. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and when we arrived the first words out of the little girls mouth was " Do you want to cancel". Although we weren't supposed to check in until 3 she bumped it up by 1 hour. It smells like a nursing home. Sorry I will have a hard time trusting this thing again.

There were a few things in our room that needed to be fixed. Apparently housekeeping doesn’t contact maintenance to fix problems. I don’t think I would stay there again. Also, I heard water running down the wall all night long from upstairs on another floor.

I think I've found my new go to spot when staying in the area. Absolutely wonderful. Clean, quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. The front desk lady was brilliant.

Will not stay there again! The room had a bed no type of easy chair, and the TV would only get 4 to 5 stations. Complained to the lady at the front desk and was told that the lobby TV was on the same sat. system and was working great. Not again!!

Pool was really cold but my son made the best of it. Bed was comfortable. Right off the interstate but the road noise was not bad at all.

Everything was good nothing exceptional or anything really bad. I would stay there again.

Good place to stay just passing through. It was quiet and the continental breakfast was good

I appreciate the outdoor space for picnics. The bathroom in my room was not very clean. Hair on the sink along with a piece of tissue. Guessing it was from the bottom of the trash can. Also, the lamp shade has something on the inside that looked like pasta sauce.

Stayed one night. The hotel was right off I 20 so it was easy to get to. Arrived a little early but room was ready so we were allowed to check in! Room was clean and comfortable. Walked to dinner at Cracker Barrel. My husband loved the fried chicken! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
