Great Location, clean, quiet, great views, amazing restaurant, gorgeous pool,and staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. MRT connection in basement- and maybe a small thing- but the best shower I have ever used. Especially for the price- can’t recommend enough!!

Stayed four nights en route Sydney to London. Great choice for a break. Right above a train station and on the line from the airport. Rooftop bar and views. Pool.

Nice and clean

Staff was rude and terrible . They took 45 minutes to check us in. Checking in staff did not know the answers to our questions. Terrible check in experience. Way over priced for the room type and service.

The service was remarkable poor for such a nice hotel. The staff all seemed to be university students with no training in hospitality whatsoever.

Excellent property and a great location. Convenient to Hanji Lane and the MRT station. Trains takes credit cards so no need to grab a MRT card. Minutes away from Bayfront and Downtown. Andaz photos don’t do this property justice. Way more impressive in person.

Andaz was a great hotel choice, provides everything you need whether it’s for a short time or extended period. Highly recommended. Low points - check-in was a bit messy, things weren’t explained properly, also the doorman at the front lobby generally good but we did experience an individual being abrupt & rude. That was our last day when we were leaving.

I researched Singapore hotels extensively and I'm extremely happy I chose Andaz. Location was superb, immediate access to MRT 2-3 stops anywhere but in an area that is not so commercial. The room was large and clean. The staff were impeccable and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone was so gracious but a special shout out to Daya who greeted me upon arrival, Nouri who worked long hours in the sunroom and Othman (I hope I got the spellings right) who worked in the restaurant and greeted me with a smile each day. They all remembered my name. The hotel had lots of staff, never had to wait for anything. The rooftop pool was lovely. I would highly recommend the Andaz to anyone who wishes a special delight in Singapore. Thank you to everyone.

Outstanding service with great staff. The breakfast buffet was top notch!

This is the fifth time I have stayed at a Hyatt group hotel. Room super comfortable with everything you could wish for. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The staff were really patient and helpful. You cannot go wrong with a Hyatt.

Great location to Little India and the MRT

Great hotel in a good location and with great service! The only catch is finding the way from the subway to the hotel. The signage is less than perfect.

Great hotel, easy access to F1 track and vies of the track. Great rooftop bar and pool. Clean and friendly.

Beautiful room beautifully laid out with incredible views of Singapore. The amenities in the room were excellent and the cleanliness was amazing. For anyone who doesn't know there is direct access to the Bugis MRT station via the hotel lift down to the B3 level which made it super convenient whenever setting out via the MRT. Took us 24 hours to work this out. Really good selection of eateries and Kopitiams in, around and under the building. The 7 Eleven was also handy for whatever munchies or basic grocery items you need all located on the B3 level.

Nice clean quiet good place to stay

Lounge area for guests with free coffee and snacks was a great plus. Room is spacious and clean, staff is attentive.

Loved the pool area in level 25 and the direct connection to public transport Didn’t like the price of the breakfast and the greedy procedure with the one free drink (seating only at the sunroom)
